If I could give zero stars, I would. They destroyed several expensive plants. They did not respond whatsoever about replacing, or refunding the money spent for my newly landscaped yard. The owner is non responsive, and in not any way respectful of the client. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY! They do not have any INTEGRITY. They will not back up promises, and lie about their guarantees, if plants are damaged they will NOT replace or refund. Look at their reports on Glass Door, their employees reviews of this company and the owner.
I am sorry I did not research this company well enough before using them!
The last time I talked with them they said, "The Checks In the Mail!" This has been an ongoing issue of no response, even after they said that!
I suggest you Don't use them very strongly, no matter what!!!

I had a great experience with Precision Pro Wash, they cleaned out my gutters and pressure washed a small concrete area that was discolored from rain. Happy with the price and the results. Thank you!

Very pleased. Porches and patio furniture look like new. A job well done and price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to call them again.

They exceeded my expectations in all areas. Came on schedule, showed extreme concern to provide the cleanest siding, gutters and driveway. Did some minor additional work on dirty areas of house exterior that I had not expected them to do. This is the second time I have hired them in 5 years and performed above my expectations both times.

From the initial in-person estimate to the finished, sparkling house, everything was great! A very professional and friendly team, good value for money, and a house positively transformed! Couldn’t ask for better.

I called Precision Pro Wash for an estimate to clean the siding on my home as well as the gutters, the roof which had stains from mold and mildew. They also cleaned the concrete driveway. They came to clean when they gave me a date to start. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction! I was very pleased with the work that was done. Everything was left in good order. Price was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I provided several opportunities for this company to repair the damage they caused to our stucco walls. The company specifically told me prior to their cleaning that they had a gentle process that would not damage our property, but in fact the process they used ripped off large sections of stucco. A significant concern I would like to point out to potential future clients is the extremely poor customer service that was displayed to us with respect to our concerns and follow up.

They made sure to clean up after install. They arrived at the front end of the time frame. Very friendly and excellent work.

We are thrilled with the Christmas lights Precision Pro Wash installed on our home! Matt, the sales person, was extremely professional and kind. We appreciated the variety of options that were available and the installation occurred as promised. We will definitely use this service again next year!

This is the second time we have used Precision ProWash, and we are just as thrilled with the results as we were the first time. Precision Pro Wash came out to install Christmas lights and they did an amazing job! The technicians were very professional, friendly and prompt. We will definitely use them again next year.

We had our two driveways power washed while we were away and Precision did an excellent job on both. They did not ask for any deposit and when we returned we just gave them a credit card over the phone. It was easy and very efficient. 5 stars in my book

Matt and the guys from Precision Pro Wash did a great job doing the 3 stage soft wash on our 4 year old fence. It was quite ugly from not being stained or sealed, but after they worked their magic, our fence looked brand new like it was just built! We would highly recommend these guys!!

They were late for scheduled appointment and come back to finish the job and were late get back to us. Also they did not cover our newly planted azaleas and now they look sick. Overall the house looked very good and our fence looked amazing.

Pro-Wash was very responsive and their work was great. Lanny was the representative that came out and he did a detailed overview of what I needed. The technicians Josh and Lance did a great job, performing the work.

Professional and timely! Appointment for quote was quickly arranged and so was the cleaning. Walked through what was to be done before the job started and again when it was done. Couldn’t be happier!

Working with Precision pro wash was so simple. They were quick to respond when I needed assistance and did an amazing job. Everyone was so easy to work with allowing the customer so many different options when cleaning their home and concrete . They were professionals, Affable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Should I need their services in the future, I will not hesitate to call them back.

I am very please with the results. Looks so much better than before. Would definitely use them again.

The house cleaning looks great. Some of the high windows have a a few streaks, but overall they look much better.

Roof Cleaning - Multi-Family, Atlanta, GA. The team was responsive with competitive pricing. Excellent communication throughout. Prompt and work completed in a quick but professional manner. Would recommend.

Charlie and Terrain did an excellent job cleaning my home and surrounding concrete. Charlie kept me informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend them.

They arrived on time and proceeded to start the job I asked them to do. The two gentlemen were courtious and friendly. They did a great job.

The house looked great! However the over spray killed several of my flowers. I had to replace them quickly because we had planned a Fourth of July party. The over spray also left spots on my vehicle. I ran it through the wash twice, my husband waxed what he could, but it still left spots. Precision Pro Wash was fast to contact me with the issues. Hopefully all of the issues will be resolved soon.

Today was the 2nd time Precision Pro Wash has cleaned my home. Both times they did an excellent job of cleaning the whole house and patio at an affordable price. PPW comes highly recommended!!

I scheduled the work with a short lead time and they were able to fit me on their schedule. The job was done quickly and very clean.

It has original and now fragile 1994 siding and as all homes in this area, it grows a lot of lychen/moss on one side. PPW recommended the right products and process for our situation at a killer rate!

Mom lives with us now quite far from the home and PPW worked with us remotely. They completed the job without anyone being there and when I arrived a week later I was impressed with how detailed and thorough they were.

They had no way of knowing when or if we would ever see their work. Yet they did a meticulous job. Very happy!

Third time I have used Precision Pro Wash over the years. As usual, our home received another high quality, professional, thorough cleaning. The technicians arrived on time, reviewed the estimate, and checked in with me several times during the course of the work, to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone from the receptionist, estimator (Matthew), two technicians, general manager (Josh) were courteous and helpful. This service included driveway, walkways, deck, gutters and some stubborn exterior stains on the chimney. Our house looks brand new. Thank you Precision. There is a reason why we are repeat customers.

Beautiful job on our roof and windows! Very quick scheduling and showed up as soon as they said they would. Very careful keeping solutions away from plants and when they were through our house really sparkled. After several hard rains our windows still look great! we are extremely happy1

Im not sure if this will actually be posted anywhere. My experience was kind of bad with this company, i would not recommend and plan on hiring another company to redo the job. They showed up on the scheduled day of service. However they apparently came with the wrong equipment. They told me they would need to return to their shop and get different equipment to do the job on same day. A few hours later i got a call that the equipment at the shop was not functioning properly and they would need to reschedule another day. We rescheduled for a day I was out of town, it seemed to be the best option. Their technician told me they would take before and after photos, that didnt happen. I came home and found a sub par job had been completed. The rep that quoted the job listed a few areas that would be washed, they were completey untouched. I have a log home and it looks like they used high pressure lines on some parts of the house leaving the finish 'fuzzy' on my house. There are 'lines' between clean and dirty where they simply missed the target. There was no follow up from the company at all. No indication they had been to the house at all. I will not be a return customer, 1 and done for me. The face to face interactions i had with the estimator and technicians was fine and professional, however, it seems there is a degree of internal miscommunication on their end.

Thanks to the fine team at Precision Pro, I am extremely happy with the responsiveness of setting up and receiving my estimate, and then the outstanding job the technicians did with the cleaning of my roof!
I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the staff, and the great results with the cleaning!

All communication was great! Technician was very professional and courteous. I appreciate their practice of requesting someone be home near the finish to inspect the work.
