I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the pressure washing of my house today. Not to mention the gutter cleaning, too. Fast service. Thorough job top to bottom. Pleasant and knowledgeable Technicians. And, the Technicians took great care to protect the shrubs and plantings. The house looks great.

Used them for the first time last year for gutter and soffit cleaning. The guy did a great job. The two guys this year were not good at all. Because I don’t want ladders leaned against my gutters they used this as an excuse to not fully clean one side of the house. You could still see leaves and pine needles overhanging from the ground. He said he’d come back after they order a tool to attach to the ladder. They did eventually come back and cleaned that side. They left the debris on the ground and threw it on top of my heat pumps. I questioned if they did the back of the house since there was no debris on the ground and the pine straw was undisturbed. He said it was done. I questioned this to the company when they called and followed up and said if someone else would come and inspect his work then I’d be happy since I got no before and after pictures of the gutters (supposed to be provided). A week later I got an invoice for $50 off and was told they simply do not have time to come out and check his work and he said the gutters were properly cleaned. I put my phone on a stick and took a video of the gutters on the back of my house. The gutters were full of brown leaves. I now question what was done on the front and sides of the house. After sending Shine the video and telling them I’m not paying for this type of service they did apologize, agree to not charge me and wish me well finding someone else to do the job. They did not want to make it right. What a complete waste of time this was. They follow up but do not follow through. They also need to have the proper equipment to do this work safely. Spreader bars and ground stabilizers for their ladders. The quality of their work depends on the quality of the person they send. Good luck if you use them. I won’t again.

I've worked with several lighting companies on multiple projects over the years and no one compares to SHINE. Their products are superior as is their service. They are on time, and precise with their installations. As for the service after the sale... 5 STARS there too. About a week ago I accidentally cut one of their wires while I was pruning some asiatic jasmine ground cover around some palm trees. I called to ask if they would come find the slice and repair it. They did... THE NEXT DAY! i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were on time and did a great job of cleaning the windows and brick. The employees were careful with my window treatments and listened to my concerns.

I was looking for a company to wash the windows in my house. I found shine on Facebook. I read everything I could and I decided to give him a call. Joe came out in a very timely manner and gave me an estimate which was clear. I hired him a few days later a very nice employee named Cameron came to wash my windows. She was very polite courteous very respectful of my property removed all the screens then she proceeded to wash my windows. She did a very good job. I would recommend shine to anyone who is looking to have their windows washed And I also understand there are other services they offer. I wouldn’t be afraid to recommend that as well thank you.

I hired Shine to clean my gutters. The quote process was very easy and quick. They got me scheduled within days of first contact. Jonathan let me know when he was coming and when he finished. His work was very professional and timely.

The customer service employees at Shine are always top notch. They are easy to contact and are timely and efficient in getting back to me if I have to leave a message for some reason. They are accommodating with scheduling and immediate in contacting me if plans have to change (it was supposed to rain on the day we had scheduled to clean my windows, so they contacted me in the morning of that day to work out another convenient day for the service. The weather forecast had changed overnight).

I hired Shine to clean our gutters and they did a great job. The service agent was here for about two hours and bagged all of the debris and cleaned up with a leaf blower. Very polite and on time.

Every October George and his guys come out to put up my Christmas lights. I look forward to this for months ! They are always nice, courteous and do an outstanding job with my beautiful outdoor Christmas lights . I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is and the work that they do !

It was easy to make an appointment, and they came out when they said they would. They washed the windows quickly and well and were very professional. I have some hard windows to reach and they didn't complain. They just washed them. They were less expensive than my other service and made it easy to pay. I've used them a few times now and will definitely use them again!

This is the second year we have had Shine install Christmas lights on our tree outside. They have been professional in every aspect of their service. They scheduled the installation of the lights, showed up on time, checked everything out to make sure the lights worked properly, and when the holidays were over last year, came and took the lights down and stored them (I loved this part!). We are ready to go for Christmas 2021 and can't wait to light the tree!

I had a quote done on my property today, really excited about the service since I will be away during the holiday season and was very bummed about not having lights up. Reasonable prices and very friendly service, recommended.
