We dont buy tons here as we build steel buildings in kits that come with almost every thing. But every time my supplier screws up Briggs steel saves my butt. regardless if i need extra closure's or mastic, they come thru to me. and they are the only place that stocks quality tools for metal installation. defiantly a asset to the area.

Awesome place to order metal from! The office staff is very knowledgeable on trim, panels, and accessories and making sure you have what you need for your job. They complete orders in a timely manner and work with you on any issues you might have! Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Briggs Steel has many metal products that are easy to get and receive. They are quick and fast with their quotes, and understand the market to allow customers the best possible deal.
It’s good to recognize family businesses in the area, and Briggs Steel is definitely a strong staple for good hard work in the Rigby ID area.

Briggs steel will overcomplicate everything, from scratching our metal, to over pricing after we got several confirmations on pricing. They own a monopoly in the area for certain colors and steel types, but they do not do well with customer service or billing. The people in the office are confused and aggressive when asked about orders. They took several months to fill an order and did not notify me when my metal was ready. Metal loading is a joke, I spent over 2 hours waiting for a small order to be brought out so I could load it myself. Even after confirming a pickup time the day prior. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Well, first told 6-8 business days for getting a small order “quick and out of the way”. Not told it will be a second weekend. If you need are in need for a fast order, do not recommend.

Customer service was rude when asking about product over the phone and requesting quote for two different products.

Request to talk with Chloe. She will get you the answers. (Even if it’s an extra business day because they are closed for inventory)

Do not recommend if you need something quick…

I've been in the Roofing business for over 25 years and Briggs Steel is the best supplier I've dealt with. Their processes and customer service make them accurate and fast. This saves me tons of headaches and money in rework and delays from inaccurate or late material orders. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are extremely helpful in getting the right product! Great selection of products and colors!

These guys are amazing from the front office to the shop! They bailed me out of a tight spot. I've ordered multiple times from Briggs but am not a regular customer but the still treat me like Im the most important person in the room. Thanks Briggs Steel!

This place is amazing. The office staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to make my job easier. I have been installing metal roofs in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Utah and North Dakota for the past 25 years and have used other suppliers and these guys are by far the best. Residential and commercial pros.

Fast turn around, friendly and professional service. They take the time to make sure my orders are correct. Worth the extra drive for me.

Front office staff is so terrible! The girl with the piercing was so blatantly rude to me and the other girl that was supposed to "help" answer questions was not very knowledgable. However, the nicest and most helpful man from the back who cut samples was soo awesome and helpful and answered our questions! He is the only reason I might buy my steel here. -Get rid of your office staff, your business will benefit from it.

First, Briggs does manufacture and sell high quality steel products and accessories; no cheap Chinese metal. However, the organization of their front office and sales staff could use improvement. I was disappointed with their lack of attention to detail, and inability to fulfill order requests within a reasonable amount of time. It was a frustrating experience.

Very pleasant to work with (Brooke) delivery on time and correct. Well crafted with precise cuts to correct dimensions. I am looking foreard to working with Briggs steel again.
