D’Shae came to our house for an appointment to look at our back French doors. We are looking at replacing with glass sliding doors. He was professional and knowledgeable. He helped tremendously with our project and made it an easy decision.

D’Shae gave us a quote today to replace 5 each old windows. He was a pleaser to work with. He made both my wife and I very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable with an awesome demonstrating on his product. The proposal with his generous discounts came in under my expectation. He also worked with me on a set installation date so I could be home for the install. I can’t wait for the new windows.

We received an estimate from D'Shae on 3/12/2025. He was prompt, thorough and answered all of our questions with accuracy and transparency. He was very knowledgable about the entire estimate/installation process and gave a great presentation, and was never pushy about committing to the sale. "This window company has been incredibly disappointing. Not only is the quality of their products subpar, but their customer service is also very poor, leaving my home feeling less secure rather than more. The windows are not properly installed, and there are issues with drafts and insulation. Additionally, I’ve had personal experiences where the owner exhibited racist behavior, which is unacceptable and concerning. This company’s lack of professionalism and respect for customers makes it one of the worst choices you could make for your home improvement needs.

I highly recommend America's Best Choice if you are looking to replace your windows. They were very pleasant to deal with. The windows were delivered within the time frame, 3 installers came to install the windows, they were very efficient and friendly.

Just got my windows installed today wish I’d have stayed home to see it through.. I’m absolutely fuming the tips of the frame on the back of the house are all bend all over the place, missing screen, broken parts missing or damaged draft seal.. poor sealing of the window, bend fronts of the frame.. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning…..

Well recently me and my father bought a fixer upper, and we'll it had a list of repairs. On that list was the windows and that's when our terrible nightmare began. We hired ABC and from he very beginning we found out the gard was we made a big mistake. The workers were very unprofessional and took way too many breaks and smoke so many cigarettes. It became so bad we hired a real company that fix the mistakes ad did the work right I do not recommend or suggest this company at all run away

I am disappointed that I made the decision to hire ABC company. It wasn't until the start of the installation process that I started to regret hiring the wrong company for the job. The entire process was absolutely dreadful, the workers they have working for them were not only very disrespectful but had very vulgar language. It was so bad my 11 year old daughter didn't want to be around during the process. The break's that were continuously taken were too much. They seem to smoke cigarettes and sit in their vehicles rather than work. I've since then had to hire a real company to not only fix but to finish the work on my house. I do not recommend them to anyone beware

I have been very fortunate to have recently won on a lottery ticket one day on my way home from work. So instead of moving and buying a new house I decided to just invest in the house I own. It wasn't until I searched on the web when I came across ABC Windows company. At first everything was great and was looking forward to getting the work started on my Windows right away. That's when it all went downhill from there, I have never in my life delt with the most unprofessional contractors in my life. They were very unorganized let alone all the smoke brakes they were always taking. Then one of the installers tried to hit on my daughter and then was very rude when she didn't react the way he wanted. I wish I never hired this P. O. S company and could go back in time. I do not recommend them for anything, it might take a little more time but just search a little harder and you will be happy you did.

Team of 3 were able to change 5 windows in a little over 4 hours. I had an issue with one of the new installed windows. They fixed it immediately. They cleaned up their mess as they went along. Windows look great,and I'm pleased with the workmanship and quality of the installers and windows.

Getting new windows through Americas Best was a great experience! The salesman was punctual and respectful of our time. The price was very reasonable and they were able to do only 4 windows for us. The manufacturing time was quicker than quoted and installation was scheduled very soon after. The installation team was helpful, respectful, and worked quickly. The new windows are already making a difference in letting heat into our home, and we're sure they'll improve the drafts we had in winter.

The group that installed our windows was amazing. But all the other stuff was terrible. Customer service was awful and the person that measured the windows and doors should not be employed. Thank goodness they have a professional sales person. If they didn’t I don’t think they would be open

We purchased a new sliding glass door with internal blinds from this company. From start to finish we received exceptional service. All appointments were kept and all personnel arrived promptly. The install was flawless. They made sure that we understood all of the features of our new door and that everything functioned as expected. They cleaned up well. We just love our new sliding door and are so happy with our purchase.

I would highly recommend America's Best Choice Windows of Columbus for anybody deciding on a company to install new windows. It's a huge investment and can be a scary decision to make, but I reassure you that those worries dissipate. Cameron was wonderful to work with - he was kind, responsive, and trust-worthy. They estimated 8-12 weeks for our windows to arrive (we did 14 total) and it was right on the 8 week mark. The 3 gentleman (I forget their names!) that did the installation were very efficient with their work, kind-mannered, and I appreciated the walk-through to ensure the minimal mess was gone. Austin, the manager of this company, called the next day to ask how our installation went and to ensure we were content with our service. I felt that our project was very reasonable in price compared to others. All-in-all, I'm thankful we chose this company and I would recommend to anybody in need of new windows. Thanks ABC!

Had a sales person come to give us an estimate on replacing exterior doors. Their sales presentation was very informative & thorough. However, their estimate cost was 2x as high as another door company, for exactly the same product and warranty. Then they negotiated with us in a way that one expects in a used car lot. Buyer beware! Good product, but way too much mark-up!!

Top to bottom great experience. Maddy did a great job on the sales side, she was thorough and professional. Pricing was reasonable, good not great, though I feel the product is worth the price. Lead time was 7 weeks exactly from sale to install which is very good based on what I’ve heard from friends who have waited up to 4 months. Install went smooth, there were a few items that I didn’t love. I worked with Austin to get these corrected; he was very easy to work with and understood my concerns and they were corrected the next day. I would absolutely recommend.

You might think this is a given on sales, but after having a horrible experience from another window company at national level, I very much appreciate someone who would give me a quote without making me feel bad for not having my husband in the house in order for me to deserve to have a quote.

He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions, even demonstrate the materials and capabilities of their windows in comparison to the old windows in the house I need to replace. He is very knowledgeable.

I don't have my windows replaced yet but I'm thankful for people like D'Shae who understand that replacing windows is not something we want to do, but we have to do. He made this whole experience less painful and I'm thankful for that.

After doing our homework and getting multiple quotes, America’s Best Choice came out well ahead. Our knowledgeable salesman was able to answer all our questions. Their time line was spot on and the office was quick to respond to us. Along with the clean new look of our home, we already notice a difference in our east facing rooms. I cannot praise enough the professionalism, quality of work, and attitude of the installation team. They were careful with our home and mindful our time. They cleaned as they went without leaving a scrap inside or out. Pat treated us with the utmost respect. It was the perfect punctuation for our experience with ABC.

5 star- Ordered door from D'Shae in April. D'Shae was prompt to our appointment and very courteous. Estimated time for installation mid August (possible Covid delays). Door was ready to install end of June. Austin kept in touch with us via text, so we never felt forgotten.

5 star (& more if it were available)-Jon & Alan arrived at agreed upon time. I was extremely happy with how professional they were, their attention to detail & cleanliness was appreciated. Replacing the door that was built with the house (1973) came with some hitches that they corrected without complaint. I do not feel like they cut any corners with the repairs. You could tell that they wanted the finished product to be perfect & that we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this company & the service technicians.

4 star-my only disappointment is the 1 piece of trim between the window & door was painted but with bleed through. I will have to be repaint it. Alan provided me a sample of the paint to be able to match it. If I wasn't already prepared to get a gallon to paint my garage door then this would be very inconvenient to have to purchase for just a trim piece. this is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star.

Had a great experience getting all 9 windows, double hung, installed on our house in North Linden - from D'Shae's estimate and helpful explanations to the 3 man crew's one day install. They were even willing to customize outside metal wrap in a way I requested at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated. The lifetime warranty is hard to beat. If you're ordering windows just a heads up to expect to wait months between order and install right now, but that's a broader supply chain thing.

When other companies said ‘we don’t do skylights’ this company was willing to take on a custom installation for what is really a glass ceiling atop a central Ohio sunroom/garden-room. We wanted to replace a 40 year old installation that allowed us to fry an egg on the floor in summer heat but still enjoy ample sunlight comfortably. We got exactly what we wanted! Some supply chain delays but finished installation completed expertly and fastidiously! Highly recommend America’ Best in Columbus!
