Scheduled our start date and the quickest replacement ever. They are in and out with minimal disruption for residents. The crew is friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything when they left. Best job ever! I will be using them again.

McPartlon Roofing did an outstanding roof replacement using glued-down TPO. The crew showed up early and cleaned up well afterwards. The inspector had very positive feedback to me, and that it was a trusted, good company. I especially want to acknowledge Hector. He made every effort to make sure I was informed and happy with the work. andAnd because of who he is - an authentically conscientious and thorough person, he gave me GREAT peace of mind. Also, Matt is a rare sales rep, taking a lot of time explaining very thoroughly the process, where it made the project actually exciting. And Jess and Angel and Casey, were wonderful making accommodations for me, because I was away when they happily surprised me by starting earlier than I expected.

The Brian McPartlon roofing crew did an excellent job removing my old roof layers and installing a new roof. It was obvious they took a lot of pride in their workmanship and they were very careful about details. They also did a great job of keeping my yard clean during the process. I am very pleased with my new roof!

McPartlon replaced the roof of my house and did excellent work, I have been living in the house for 2 months now and the technique used to make the roof has kept it very cool now that it is late Spring, it can be 87 degrees outside and I am wearing long sleeves inside because it is a bit chilly. I will not need air conditioning this summer with such a well insulated roof. Their team was skilled, always on time, pleasant, and responsive. It was easy for me to communicate my concerns and they took them into considerations while planning this roof replacement. I highly recommend McPartlon.

Mcpartlon Roofing has provided excellent service in the way of roofing repairs and maintenance for our Condo Association for the past 4 years. They were a no-show, despite 4 emails and 4 texts from them reminding me of our appointment and a day-of-appointment call from me to confirm. I got a call back from the manager just short of an hour after the scheduled appointment time. I told him his estimator was a no-show and that I found another roofer. He didn’t even offer the courtesy of an apology.

I had a new roof put on by another large Santa Fe roofing company in 2016. I paid $25,000 for this work. It was never right and I continued to have leaks. I requested help from that company many, many times over the past 5 years, but did not get any relief. An owner of a respected stucco company recommended I talk to Brian McPartlon Roofing. I did and I gat excellent help and repairs. My roof is no longer leaking and it looks great!!

I am no longer able to visit our home in AF due to lung issues. However, my wife advises me that your crew did a great job of replacing the "hold down" screws on our metal roofing. I do have concerns that we are now experiencing leaks around the chimney flashing, which will apparently require the services of yet another contractor to resolve the issue. Please note that this message is not intended as a direct accusation that your crew(s) created the leak problem. However, the leak came immediately on the heels of them finishing the repair (screw replacement) contract. While I do NOT insinuate the leak to be solely the result of your crew (the roof is 4 years old), but I wish someone had seen fit to explain that the leak issue could well have been expected as a result of crawling around on the metal roof.

Bottom line, Carol assures me that your crew did a most acceptable job of resolving the loose screws issue.

Finally, Taho Morris, a friend and contractor for our plumbing/heating issues, reassures us that he has full faith and confidence in your company. Ergo, we also accept Hector's assurances that the leak issues were NOT anticipated. Thank you for your attention to my rambling.

McPartlon roofing has done extensive and complicated roofing for us and was top notch in every respect. We trust them completely. In addition - we had a very minor but necessary repair to a vent that had been blown off in high wind. Matt took care of it in a matter of minutes and did not charge us. You can feel secure hiring this trusted company.

We had a roof repair we needed done last minute before a storm was forecasted to blow in. Valentin, one of Hillary's great crew members, came over within the hour and got us good to go! Super duper service! Thanks you guys!

After an early September snow we noticed a small leak. After rain and snow is when ALL the leaks show up everywhere, and in many cases it is difficult to get in touch with a real person to schedule a repair. Not so with Brian McPartlon Roofing. I immediately was able to speak with the business to schedule the evaluation with Matt Berning and then the repair. Yesterday Luis came and did an outstanding job on the problem area, not only repairing the original issue but a few other small areas since he had the materials to do so. We have also had excellent repair work done by Valentin in the past. Every McPartlon employee is smiling, confident, and a pleasure to work with. And in these pandemic days, always wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. We have been customers for 8 years and recommend them highly.

My husband and I have had many roofs over our heads in many different properties. McPartlon Roofing is at the top! They did an awesome job; the crew was kind and professional. This really reflects on the owners-The McPartlon Family-treating their crew (and, their customers) with respect.

Communication with this company is impossible. After about a dozen phone calls, I never heard back after the Wrong estimate they provided was never corrected. I wanted a repair and they wanted to replace the entire roof. The manager, the estimator never returned my calls. I would never consider using this roofing company. I will call Albuquerque companies who provide much better service and most importantly communication.

With Hillary at the helm, we experienced careful and thorough annual maintenance. This is the first year in the nine years we have worked with McPartlon Roofing that visual maintenance work has been done. We received a list of materials used, along with photos, for one of our roofs . Hillary is trying very hard to please and is very patient with the customer. We found the technicians highly competent this year. One thing I personally do not like is the BuilderTrend software the company is using. It is not very user friendly for the customer. But Hillary has been great to work around it for me.

The crew showed up as scheduled and did a good job. The only hitch was in completing the city inspection due to illness on the part of the crew foreman. this stretched out the completion day by several weeks.

Brian McParlton has been my roofer for many years. I can always depend upon them to do a thorough job and to stand behind the work that they perform for me.

Our roof replacement was a big job, but McPartlon Roofing did it promptly and thoroughly. As can sometimes happen, there was a small leak that was discovered several months later when it finally rained, but they came out immediately and did an excellent repair job. No problems since.

Oh my. A roofer that shows up on time. Gives an honest reasonable quote and then delivers more than expected. I can't say enough about Brian McPartlpn Roofing. I had called pretty much everyone in Santa Fe and for the most part got either no response or I needed a new roof . McPartlon roofing answered their phone (what a concept). Made an appointment and showed up on time. My quote was very reasonable. I didn't need a new roof. Patch a few spots and viola. The roofer also showed up on time. Found a couple extra spots and patched them also at no additional charge. I will only use them in the future. I will only recommend Brian McPartlon in the future.

I have been using Mc Parlton since 1987. If you need a metal or torch down roof. There in my opinion are none in New Mexico I would recommend beside Mc Parlton.

They did a really good job. They helped me wrangle with my insurance company to get the company to pay for the new roof because the old roof had been damaged by hail. They showed up on time. And they fixed the roof when there was an issue at the end without complaining or trying to charge me more. My only complaint would be that they needed someone who spoke better English as part of the crew on the job every day. Communication with the crew to try to understand what they were doing and ask for modifications was difficult.

My experience with McPhartlon roofing has been stressful and frustrating. I've been trying for over two weeks to get a leak repaired. The staff at McPhartlon has been rude, argumentative and has shown no concern for the damage being done inside my home because of the leak. I've been lied to saying calls would be returned and appointments kept. I've finally, in desperation, voided my warranty just to get the roof repaired by someone who does care. I have since learned that the roof was not done correctly originally. Dealing with McPhartlon is a nightmare .

We reached an agreement with Brian to settle our issues.
It was a sound and reasonable solution. Then, when it came time to sell the house, McPartlon LLC decided to dishonor the agreement and not provide continued free inspection and maintenace for the full twenty year. This is a company to avoid.
