BRIAN HANDYMAN

The first time I used Brian's services was great- building an outdoor fencing screen. I had a terrible experience with Brian's work in 2022 replacing flooring in a small bathroom. Not only was the trim work sloppily reattached, I lost all the new flooring due to an improperly seated toilet. I offered Brian an option to either pay for the cost of the lost flooring (not all of what I paid him and the flooring) or do other outdoor jobs to make up for the cost of the loss. His response was a nasty text and an offer to take him to court if I was dissatisfied.

Buyers be aware do not hire! Had a bay window installed he put it in wasn't going to seal it and I paid 700. I should have went with the other company for a little more. He also charged me for the window caulking witch is part of the installation of the bay window. I will never call him for another job and he was later and the other worker was 2 hours after they started the job. My husband has to seal the window and fix their mistakes.the only thing that looks good is the outside.

Brian was on time, neat, clean, respectful, and professional. His work is beautiful. He built a 3-sided fence to hide the propane tank. He started the day after I called and completed the job in 2 days. He’s also a great communicator. I highly recommend him.

I called for an estimate to fix my outside stairs that go down to my backyard. Brian stated that I just need the rail and risers replaced and that the quote he gave would include labor and supplies. He did a very poor job on the work. Broke one of my new pavers and blew it off and charged me the total quote plus supplies. He never showed on time. NEVER use this person. If I could have left 0 stars I would. Stay away from this person at all costs!

Brian was responsive to inquiry and very helpful. He showed up and completed everything timely. He was able to fix my roof and repair damages from previous contractors. He also power washed my house, tiled my porch, replaced my stairs, installed a microwave, patched the ceiling and a wall. I will be calling him for anything I need in the future.

I had a existing structure with framing/structural issues that I needed fixed. I called Brian and even though he didn't handle that kind of work he took time out of his busy schedule to refer me to someone who does. Great guy and does what he says unlike many contractors today.

Brian and his crew did a phenomenal job putting on our new roof! They completed the job on time and with no additional costs. Brian made sure all of the work area was cleaned up each day and upon completion of the roof. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a metal roof.

We needed a piece of trim put back onto the peak of our home, having tried to find someone willing/able to do the job, we finally found Brian.. Came today and was done in about 20 minutes..plus tacked a couple other things while he was up there.

Autumn 2019 required a variety of needed home repairs at The Log House, including roof repair, new gutters & downspouts, some custom fencing, large shrub removal, exterior woodwork, etc. Handyman Brian Lacy was recommended by a contractor and he certainly exceeded my expectations. Prompt, capable and hardworking, Brian is a good communicator, and respectful of both my property and my budget.

Brian does more than meet expectations. He will exceed all of your expectations. He is punctual, courteous, offers reasonable prices, and when he finds a challenging problem he will work until he finds the solution. I look forward to using his services for all my future projects.

Brian came to my house and repaired the front door he was fast, professional, and had reasonably priced the job. I will be using his services for now on for any of my home repairs. He is very knowledgeable in the construction field. Im in the construction feild myself just not carpentry.
