Brewster Roofing replaced our roof 5 years ago and did a GREAT job then. They have held true to their word on fixing repairs and have quickly replaced any missing or damaged shingles related to weather issues at no cost. Glenn and Jessica are easy to reach and respond by phone or email to get questions answered and problems solved. We have been very happy with Brewster Roofing and refer them often!!

This is the second time I have used Brewster Roofing in the last 5 years and the quality of the service remains exceptional. The crew makes every effort to minimize the old shingles and nails from littering your property as well as the surrounding neighborhood and they do a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Any issues are handled quickly and professionally. Nothing against Glenn and Jessica but I hope I don’t need them again.

This was actually my fourth contact with Brewster and the second complete roof installation. In my previous house, I contacted them because I had incorrect information about the age of the roof and noticed some leaking around a vent. A coworker had recommended them. The owner at that time came out, evaluated my roof and told me that all I needed was flashing repair, which he performed at that time for an incredibly reasonable price. When the roof was the age for replacement, I called Brewster again and they installed a new roof--which helped me sell the house. When I moved into this house, an insurance inspector insisted that the roof was damaged and the company threatened to cancel, so I asked Brewster to inspect my roof. They did, finding that the roof was NOT due for replacement, noting a small defect, and recommending that I use a local company for such a small repair. So--this year, when my roof aged out and in anticipation of selling within the next year, I called Brewster. They are awesome I cannot thank them enough!

We recently had Brewster Roofing replace our roof after a hail storm. They were great to work with. Very receptive, professional, and courteous. Their staff is genuinely enjoyable to work with. HIGHLY recommend for your roofing needs.

This is a second generation family-owned business. I was impressed from the outset with how friendly and professional they were, clearly explaining recommendations and costs. Trustable and a fair price. They also were flexible as we tried to schedule the right time to get the roof and gutters done. The end result was a great looking roof and gutter/downspout upgrades that exceeded expectations. Glenn new what the problems were and how to solve them. While the crew was at the house, the father stopped by to make sure everything was going well, then came by after the clean-up with a young grandson to sweep the yard of metal debris. A nice touch of QC. Recommended.

Update part 2: The owners don't have time to make phone calls to their customers, however, they have time to send me an email complaining about my reviews. I'm trying to ruin their reputation by telling the truth.... Update: So the company is justifying giving estimates that they know are not going to be good when you have the work done... because they are small.... right. And can't make phone calls to tell you any relevant information because they are too small....right. Isn't that the point of going with a small company? Personal customer service and better communication? All the other home owners understood....I bet they got pushed 2 months, with no communication the day before you said stuff was going to be delivered, had to call you at 3pm aka you had no intentions of calling that day either, had their estimate increased with no notice, and got fed another "tentative date" into November when weather could cancel the roof altogether....right. You are running a business and are too busy to call customers the DAY BEFORE you said supplies would be delivered? Seems like a lame excuse for bad customer service. I was lucky enough to find a contractor to actually replace my roof before winter. He worked with himself and his son....super small company eh? Guess what they did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do WHEN they said they were going to do it. They even managed to figure out how to use the phone. AMAZING! Original: Received an estimate and agreed to have Brewster replace my roof. Well you'll have to wait 2 months....OK. Didn't hear anything from the company, I had to call them 2 days before the scheduled replacement date. Bad news... can't get to it now until November AND the estimate is now $700 more. Supplies went up. Funny thing is they quoted $50 per sheet of plywood replacement on the first estimate. On the second estimate after the giant increase in supply costs, still $50. So they make you wait 2 months then try to stiff you for another $700. I'm sure supplies would have been wayyy more expensive in November too. What a scam.

Brewster roofing was 1st class from start to finish!!! They were very attentive from getting the estimate, to the insurance company coming out. The day of installation the crew was very professional, the owner came out several times to check on the crew that day, made sure they didn't need anything. And the cleanup up was perfect!!! You could not tell they were ever here, they left nothing laying around!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!

The owners (Glenn & Jessica) are very friendly, and great communicators. They are very honest, open, and transparent. They are very thorough with their estimate (which they actually do other than a lot of other companies that just go by what your insurance company will pay. They did great work on the roof of our house and shed. They also cleaned everything up nicely. They use top quality shingles with a great warranty. They will explain everything about the work and billing, and will answer any questions you may have. The invoiced amount was exactly the same as the estimated amount with the exception of replacing a couple of decayed decking that was clearly stated in the estimate what would be charged if that were to happen. Best of all, they are a family owned & local business (Peculiar), so a portion of the money you spend with them doing quality work is recycled right back into the local economy. Highly recommended!

We had Brewster Roofing come out and repair a tough leak that 2 other companies could not fix. After that I asked them to evaluate another building we had. Upon further inspection they recognized that there were multiple leaks and damage from a prior storm. At no charge they worked with TWO insurance adjusters and helped us win a strong claim. They since have replaced one of the 3 roofs and gutters damaged.

5 Star...Just amazing! Brewster Roofing is in my contact list for good! We had devastating leaks to our barn. Our animals and equipment were getting wet. They came out to give us an estimate and said they would call to schedule the work. It was late Thursday afternoon and I was worried about the rain in the forecast for the weekend. Friday morning dawns and here comes the Brewster Roofing truck. Glen said that he decided to come out to patch the roof until complete repairs could be made because he worried about us given the pending rain. I just couldn't believe it! Old fashion care and concern. The real deal! They later came back and replaced our damaged sky lights. The barn is dry! We are having gutters put on the barn later this month! Ahead of schedule, kind, clean as a whistle, polite... 5 Star...Just amazing!!!!!!!!

Brewster Roofing replaced 42 squares of wood shakes with GAF Timberline shingles over OSB radiant barrier sheathing, 400 SF of low-slope EPDM roofing, and reflashed a chimney, 4 large skylights, and 2 second story dormers, and removed and reinstalled our metal gutter guards. Their was punctual, efficient and very professional. We would strongly recommend Brewster Roofing to anyone.

Highly recommend Brewster Roofing. Did an excellent job! Completed the roof and clean up in a 1 1/2 days. Extremely happy with outcome.

Brewster Roofing does outstanding work. They are prompt, efficient, friendly. We used them back in the 60s or 70s several times. They put a new roof on my daughter's house within the last 7 years. Last year they put a new roof on one-half of my son's farm house and they just finished putting a new roof on that entire house. There was a little hole in the siding at the top of the front porch and they were nice enough to climb up and close that up --out of the goodness of their heart. And they did a good job of clean-up. We have a lot of ornamental tall grass close to the house and a crushed rock drive. I suppose there are some unseen nails within, but they really tried to get all the nails and other stuff picked up and hauled away. I can't imagine ever asking anyone else do my roof work.

Awesome customer service with an amazing outcome at the end of the project. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area. Great people to work with!

Brewster Roofing replaced my entire roof less than 8 years ago. Since then I have had three separate severe leaks in different parts of my house. Another one popped up yesterday. They have refused to accept responsibility for a job poorly done and would not come back and fix the leaks. The company that did repair my roof told me that whoever installed this new roof (Brewster Roofing) took many shortcuts and did not even do one portion of my house. They were sloppy and incompetent. I found nails in my yard for a week. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We were approved for replacement by our insurance and the roof was replaced within a week. It was done in less than 6 hours! I left in the morning and came back in the afternoon and they were gone.
