Keith Brewer is amazing. He is conscientious, capable, punctual, skilled, communicative, polite, and works like a f'n machine. Frankly, I'm astounded at how efficiently Keith moves. Last night, I got up with a flashlight to scan the roof to be sure he didn't have a bunch of elves up there working for him in the middle of the night, like "The Elves and The Shoemaker" by The Brothers Grimm. Nope. No elves. It's all Keith. Plus, when I asked my super reliable contractor neighbor about Keith, I heard, "He's always our first choice."
