Their pricing was very affordable compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work was top-notch. As an investment property owner, I can't recommend Brew City Roofing & Exteriors enough! I change multiple roofs every year and I recently had the pleasure of working with them on multiple roofing projects, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
I'm well versed in all aspects of construction and have a crew of my own, but I still sub out work we're not set up for. I have certain expectations of companies I will contract with though, so when I meet with contractors, I'm looking for those things. From my very first meeting, their team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. They took the time to assess everything and provided detailed quotes that were very transparent.
What really excited me about them was their commitment to quality. This was extremely important to me because some companies will try to cut corners when they know it's a rental and not your personal home. This commitment makes me feel comfortable that I won't have any issues to worry about. In addition, the crew was punctual, respectful and hardworking. They arrived on time (per what was scheduled), kept the worksite clean and ensured my properties were protected throughout the process.
If you need your roof done, Brew City has definitely earned my trust completely!
