Poor communication. Worked at our house on Sunday without checking if we were okay with that. They left a part of our roof completely uncovered for a few hours on a day where there was chances of rain all day, and ended up with a leak in the house during a rain shower because it didn't get covered back up soon enough. Finished work does look good and they did clean up well when the job was completely done, but clear communication and customer service were lacking.
They were very professional and polite. They did a good job, fast and efficient. When they left, it was well picked up. From the quote to the finished job everything went quick and professional. We would highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend Brentwood Roofing! The entire process from the quote to the finished job was super quick and easy, when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the brand new beautiful roof of course! Very happy with this company and will definitely use them again!
