Great Service!! Very efficient and easy to work with. They also did an amazing job not blocking the front of my office building so customers could still come and go like normal business.

First time home owner so when my roof got damaged in a storm, Brentwood was quick to educate, quick to get me on the schedule, and quick to get the job done! Everyone worked in a very professional manner. The work was done efficiently. While working on the roof - they found an issue under a part they were working on. They were able to fix that issue for us. Very well done and would hire them again.

These guys did an incredible job. They showed up and were done and gone same day. Did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was extremely impressed by the quality of job and was just very happy with them!! One of the best experiences I’ve had with roofing., THANK YOU for that!!!

In my opinion, they are lacking customer service and communication.
They did not schedule to come to my house to do the job, but rather showed up while I was on vacation and not home. I did not even get told they were coming to do the roofing job, so I was not able to discuss other questions that I had about my leaf filters that are making shingles all wavy and uneven at the bottom of my roof. My home cameras showed Brentwood employees riding my kid’s scooters around my drive (again I was not home, or informed when they were going to show up in my yard to roof my house). Overall not a very good experience, and will not use them again or recommend to others.

Brentwood was very easy to work with. They gave a quote quickly and completed the project in a timely, professional manner. I appreciated their friendly and helpful approach.

I give Brentwood Construction 5 stars. I was totally happy with the service. Jake was so pleasant and easy to work with. I so appreciated his expertise, which made my decision so easy to go with a good grade shingle rather than extra insulation and steel. With the rainy season this year, Jake rearranged the crews schedule to get my roof done before a heavy rain came, which was within a week of signing the contract with them. Great team , great work! We used Brentwood for our outbuildings a few years ago, their cleanliness and customer service was top notch. Reached back out for the house shingles- with our indecisiveness and busy months it took us a long time to decide colors. Their staff was very accommodating- opening showroom after hours, and willing to bring samples to our place. The fact they will text made communication so much easier. The forethought to deliver extra and have materials onsite incase repairs had to happen was smart move. Went to Arnold’s park at noon, home by 7 and not a trace they were there except a crisp new roof. With contractors hard to secure at times- Brentwood couldn’t have delivered any better.

We lost some shingles on our house during high winds. I had heard some recommendations for Brentwood Roofing, called & got a very reasonable quote & the roof repaired the next day! Hardworking crew, great response by phone -- I'll recommend them too!

Very happy with the job the guys did! Did a great job with the the tearing off and installing new shingles - all in one day! Cleaned up and left the yard like it was before the job! Communication was great and assisted with all the insurance work as well! Highly recommended!

I was really surprised that they finished my hotel's (Cherokee Inn) roof from old to new in just one day. Plus they cleaned up as well at the end of the day. Their foreman came to us and asked if everything looks fine, which it was.

Brentwood was there for us after tree damage to our home. They replaced the roof and siding, found a window contractor for us, and completed the job on budget, on time, and made sure the area was clean after completion. So, when we had an unrelated home issue a few months later, we called them first. Within hours they assessed the problem and had it completely solved within the next twenty-four hours. Reliable, dependable, quality work.

This crew did a farm house for my Dad and they were quick hard working and cleaned up very well.

Quick to respond and inspect our roof after a storm. They were very helpful in getting us the right shingles for our roof. High quality work that was done quickly.

Called and requested a bid and they came out the next day. After seeing the bid, I asked about availability. To my surprise, they were available 5 days from my initial call. The install was amazing as well, tore off and replaced with new shingles in one day. Clean up was second to none, you couldn't even tell they were there. If you need your roof done, this is the only call you need to make.... excellent price, quality, and sevice.

Brentwood gave us addresses of houses they had done, so we could see the various colors on real houses— that was very helpful. When the crew arrived there were 10 guys in our roof by 9:00 am and by 4:30 pm it was done! A hard- working crew!
They returned twice promptly , when we called to fix a couple minor issues. Very polite office workers and reps. We love our new roof!
