They seem like good guys to get material from with decent prices. DO NOT HAVE THEM REPLACE A ROOF. Apparently, they do not follow common roofing practices such as installing sidewall flashing as needed, counterflashing the chimney, and cleaning up when they are done.
As you can see from pics, metal is just slid under existing j channels with no flashing. Where flashing was installed, the j channel was not put back, and the siding was horribly cut.
The bucket of nails was picked up from the driveway, and the trash in the can was what they just left on the ground. While the roofer stared me straight in the face and said they didn't leave anything. Let alone leaving old roofing debris in the gutter.
I can keep going, but hopefully, you get the point by now.
I've had 4 other roofs completed within the last 12 months by other contractors. This is the only one that is by far unacceptable.
