All this insurance navigation can be insanely confusing, but Joe's prompt and thorough explanation helped me get through the process. The guy gets what it's like for a family to be overwhelmed with the paperwork and procedures. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what was owed and our roof replaced. 10/10 great experience.

The final product was done very well…. This is a solid company that is responsive, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I was particularly impressed with Jacob, who did the initial estimate; his proposal (provided within 24 hours) included annotated photos of my roof showing the precise scope of the work to be done (including replacing damaged and missing slates and repairing a longstanding leak that two other roofing companies claimed to have repaired). Most of the job was completed in a day, and they returned a few weeks later (after a weather delay) to replace a few additional slates. So far so good on the repairs, and the cost was reasonable/competitive. Highly recommend.

My roof replacement job went as follows: The proposal from Brax was super competitive. The sales person was knowledgeable, offered some great suggestions, and I never felt under pressure. Once the contract was approved, I worked with an office staff member on scheduling. He was great. Once the date was set, they stuck to it. I also worked with him as the on site team did removal of the old roof. The office staff member communicated clearly what the on site crew found and the suggested solution. Fortunately for me, no major issues were found. The on site crew continued their work on the roof. They were very professional and respectful. Also very diligent, only stopping for lunch. I observed the progress and was overall very pleased. Clean up was also excellent. After the job was complete, I received a phone call from the office staff member asking if I was satisfied. Thank you to the Brax Team for a job well done!

We used BRAX Roofing to rehab the exterior of an old shed. This is the second project done by BRAX at our home.

This time the project was mostly siding, though it did involve replacement of the shed roof, as well. As before, our project expert was Chris Sousa who guided us through the possible solution, the products involved and details of the work needed. The project involved removal of all existing T-11 wood siding and full replacement of the roof, to include replacement of the substrate.

The majority of the discussion centered on the siding solution. We chose to use Hardie board siding on top of new plywood substrate.

The project was accomplished over 3 days. The project team was efficient in both demo and siding/roofing. Of note, the team had to work in a very tight space close to landscaping. They were very attentive to the landscaping and completed the project with no damage. There were a number of design questions that arose during siding construction and the team discussed options with us to ensure that the solution would meet our needs.
The work teams that came to our house during the replacement project were professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. The teams cleaned the area of debris each day, with the thorough site cleanup the final day.

We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. We highly recommend BRAX Roofing for any siding/roof project you have.

Although what was supposed to be done in one day took two, the work was well done, competitively priced, used excellent materials, and cleaned up upon completion. Of the estimates we got, BRAX had the only representative who went up on our roof and examined it before preparing a bid.

The roof replacement done by BRAXX Roofing was absolutely professional from start to finish. Chris Sousa, sales, worked with me from roof inspection to documentation of storm damage to meeting with the insurance adjuster, convincing them that the storm damage was so substantial that they approved (and paid for) the complete roof replacement. Chris Sousa worked patiently with me, a tough business woman, to get everything done the way I wanted it. The whole roof replacement + extras cost me about $35 out of my own pocket ! WOW and YEAH !

Had a very good experience with Brax. Their pricing was higher than other companies, but they were willing to work with us and were much more responsive and detail-oriented than others we talked to. Minus one star because we had a small leak through a temporary cover to our skylight while we waited for the skylight pane to be manufactured. However, Brax quickly came out to shore up the temporary cover and gave us a credit for the damage. We appreciate their honesty and responsiveness!

From start to finish the experience was great. Damon came promptly for the initial inspection. There was good communication as we picked out the roof shingles. On installation day the brave men arrived early and worked hard all day in the hot sun, finishing before sunset. They cleaned up all around the house, and it looks like they were never here. Had to get a new roof at my home and after shopping around, I went with BRAX for a host of reasons. Very reasonable pricing to replacing our chimney siding. There were a few delays caused by rain which pushed back several other projects they were working on, but they kept us updated each time, which was excellent and very much appreciated.
They completed the work in one day and the new chimney looks fantastic! We're very happy with the quality of work and would use them again in the future.

I recently contracted BRAX Roofing to perform a gutter and downspout replacement on my house. After scheduling an initial consult, the estimator was very knowledgeable about not only the scope of work but the type of materials and method of construction that would be used. He explained in detail how wrapping the fascia board in coil stock (aluminum) would help to preserve the life of the roof's edge line and provided an alternate pricing to do that work (did not lump it into the bulk cost or hide it).

After deciding on the final scope of work and executing a contract, BRAX scheduled me within 2 weeks of a signed contract. They arrived on the day and time scheduled, and performed the fascia wrap and demolition of existing gutters and downspouts. During demo, they discovered fascia board (wood) that was rotted and damaged beyond salvage and called to notify me that it would need to be replaced. Before continuing with the work, they notified me and requested my permission to proceed with the additional work which was an additional charge. Very professional to do this (most contractors just tack it on the bill at the end).

This was supposed to be a one day install, however, the machine used to fabricate gutters had broken down. I was notified the same day the crew started that it would be one additional day (no big deal). The second day, the crew arrived on time and installed the gutters and downspouts in a timely manner. Upon review of their work later in the day, I noticed they forgot to install a small run of gutter and one downspout at the dormer roof over a window on the second story of my house. I simply called back to the project coordinator and he apologized and had the same crew back out the next day to complete the installation.

Payment was offered over the phone or online, and closeout documentation and photos of the progress and finished product were sent out. All in all, a good value for the money invested in these types of projects. Be sure to ask all of your questions up front and inquire about additional features/options as well as pricing. Would recommend this contractor and use them again. Have considered using them for a full roof replacement project in the future.

I had a large leak in my house that took place in the sun room area. I also started noticing leaking happening in my attic. The primary task I wanted to get taken care of was the sun room the team came out and made recommendations around what I should do. I opted to solely to do the sun room and not go with the whole roof replacement. I eventually ended up doing the whole roof as they recommended because the earlier leaks started to spread. I'm glad I decided on having them do the whole roof because I have not had a problem since. We also had a lot of rain and nothing in terms of my roof aspect has been an issue since they completed my roofing project. Awesome business!

After the early 2018 wind storm, our roof saw significant damage on one side. After looking at review sites and making phone calls, I had several companies come out to take a look. Hands down, BRAX was most impressive with not only their roofing knowledge, but their knowledge in how to work with the insurance companies. BRAX went up to bat for me against my insurance who wanted to pay a claim for less than the true damage that was done. In the end, BRAX was able to get a quality roof installed after the back-and-forth with insurance to get as much covered as possible. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time, and it took less time than quoted. They are professional and fair; while wanting to do the right thing. After the heavy rain this summer we experienced leaking from the ceiling above the bay window in our kitchen. After seeing all the positive reviews for BRAX roofing we decided to go with them. They were able to schedule a free estimate within a few days, and by the end of the week were able to come out and replace the roof over the window. BRAX is a good roofing company. The toughest thing about getting a roof is that everything is very complicated. The materials, the warrantees, the unknown stuff under the roof once it is removed. The BRAX team was great, my entire roof was removed, covered, felted, and new roofing installed in one day. The speed that they execute their job in is very unusual, but also very welcome.
