On the bright side, they came out same day for emergency repairs.

On the downside:
(1) They charge roughly $150/hr per person, including loading and drive time (which they probably charge everyone), and for much of the time one or more of the people were just standing around (they sent 3 people out).
(2) Poor communication. After the emergency repairs, they told us they would come back to inspect and measure so they could write a proposal for more permanent repairs. They came back and, in addition to inspecting and measuring, did $1200 worth of work (well, probably not worth that much, but that's what they charged us). Since we're planning on getting the permanent repairs done, it seems silly to us to spend $1200 for a temporary fix, but they didn't ask us, they just did it. Afterwards, they admitted to poor communication but still insisted on charging us.

Everyone here is great to work with. The crew was polite, professional, did great work and cleaned up nicely. Due to many construction projects at our house, they were able to break our metal roof project into two parts, so that they could fix the leaky part now, and come back for the rest later. I am very impressed with the process and the high-quality work.
