We first met Brad in 2020 when we had a roof leak. He came to look at the leak and was able to make the repair. We asked what he thought about the condition of the roof. He said it didn’t need replaced at that time but get in contact with him if we had anymore problems. We decided to get the roof replaced in 2024 and we contacted Brad to see about getting it replaced. Brad inspected the roof and the flashing around the fireplace chimney we decided on 3 colors and went to the supply house he purchases from and they gave us 3 full sample boards to bring home to make the choice for the roof. The day the work was scheduled Brad and his crew showed up on time and started working to replace the roof. It was completed in 1 day. The clean up was done that day and Brad came back the next morning to do a final inspection of the roof and nail cleanup. We are happy with the roof and work. Brad was upfront about everything and did everything he said he would do he was competitive on price and labor also.

We highly recommend Bradley Builders! Long story short - owner Brad Arensberg found the cause of a roof leak that had damaged the ceiling of one of our rooms (which needed scraped and repainted - but was found to still be damp by painters in 2023 while scraping and by me in August 2024 after the heavy rainfall from hurricanes), all after unsuccessful work by other roofers in attic and roof since 2022). We had thought that we would have to replace entire roof (at the suggestion of other companies) and had quotes but were reluctant since our roof was only 12 years old. Brad found the problem and determined only partial replacement was needed. He and his most experienced worker Brian took the sections "down to the boards" and completely reroofed the areas this week. Scheduling was also tricky since we had to wait until late October to have hugh oak trees pruned of large branches - no sense repairing roof only to have a limb go though it! Just 1 week after the pruning was done, Brad fit us in. I also found out that unlike other roofing companies, Brad stays on every job with his crew, supervising so that the job is done correctly. He is a man of high integrity who does not jump to conclusions looking for a quick fix. He also charges a very fair rate with detailed estimates and explains everything regarding what will be done and why. If you need roofing done, look no further than Bradley Builders!

Brad and his team did a great job on our old cape cod. Nothing is easy with an old house, but Brad was professional, communicative, and a genuine nice guy. I'm the type of person who does a lot of research to narrow in on just a handful of companies to call for quotes. And when looking for a roof replacement, the reviews I saw for Bradley Builders landed them among the final 3 companies I asked to give me a quote for the job. Brad's approach to the sale was one of education rather than high-pressure tactics. As a first time homeowner who has never dealt with a roof replacement before, I appreciated the approach and his patience with all my questions. We ultimately went with Bradley Builders to perform the work because his pricing was competitive and he earned my trust throughout the process. It's been +2 years since the roof was replaced and we're still very happy with the work.

A PSA for homeowners about roof replacements (aka things I wish I'd known):
1) Inform your insurance company as soon as the new roof is installed as it'll reduce your premium! When I reached out to Brad asking for help with some of the paperwork the insurance company needed, he was quick to reply even though it had been +2 years since the work was done. Really appreciated that!
2) If you have an unfinished attic that you use for storage, cover the area before the roof work begins - otherwise you'll spend hours with a shopvac cleaning up the debris from the work

We've used them for both smaller roof repairs at my son's house and based on that experience, didn't hesitate to use them for a full roof replacement at our house. Brad is personally involved in every job, and provides expert advice and extremely high quality work. I was trying to cut corners on one of the repairs on my son's roof and he did a great job explaining why he wouldn't do that on his own house. He was also honest in telling me I didn't really need a full replacement on my roof (I opted to do it anyway, for aesthetic reasons). Very pleased with the entire experience.

Brad replaced our roof 23 years ago. After all those years, there was nothing really wrong with it except some loss of grit and some shingles upturned on the edges. However, we decided to replace because of the age. So, naturally, I called Brad. He came out and fully inspected the roof situation, found some corrections needed from parts of the roof installed on additions to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He also agreed to hold off replacement to fit in with our schedule. Replacement was done in basically one day with little distraction to us. Cleanup, including ground clearing, was done very well. We are very happy with the outcome.

Brad discussed the job with me and helped with selecting replacement shingles. When it was time to perform my job Brad and I discussed some prep work for my roof. Brad came to scope out our roof after we had a leak. Other companies had come to scope it out as well and recommended a whole roof replacement. Brad found the cause of the leak from the ground, and repaired it within 15 minutes. He also felt our roof still had some life in it and recommended we hold off on replacing it. I put a request out on Angies list for numerous roofing companies to inspect and assess the condition of my fathers metal roof.
Only 2 companies responded. Bradley Builders was one of those companies. Bradley Builders does not install or inspect metal roofs but he was kind enough to recommend two of his competitors that do. He also provided me with additional roofing advice that will help me immensely with finding the appropriate roofing company to accomplish the repairs on my fathers roof. I highly endorse this company and suggest that you contact them to see if they can fullfill your building needs. The company was also very prompt. They responded to my request on Angies list the very next day!

I cannot speak highly enough of Brad. I contacted him about a repair needed due to a leak somewhere in our bumpout roof. Brad came to the house and did the repair. Unfortunately, while it was something that did need done, it didn't stop the leak. Brad made it his mission to fix this leak that others had failed to fix over previously. He went so far as to look at aerial photos of our home, which is how he spotted the real issue! He came over, made the fix, and insisted we wait to pay until we were sure the leak was fixed. A few weeks later we had our first major rain storm and Brad followed up promptly to see if the fix had held and it had! I would highly suggest Brad to anyone with roofing issue.

The owner was patient with all my questions as well as my need to stagger the work (garage roof, house roof) a few months apart. He also replaced posts holding up a patio roof, using quality lumber and precise saw work. He is meticulous...who doesn't want that in a roofer?!

We first contacted Bradley Builders a little over a year ago when we found a water stain on our ceiling. He promptly fixed the roof, and warned us there was limited life in our roof (it was 20 years old). We reached out to him again when we were looking to replace our roof this year. He is very knowledgeable and professional. After doing our research, we wouldn't have hired anyone else. Everything looks great, and we can relax knowing everything was done properly.

I have used Bradley Builders three times for different roofing issues. Each time the company has done and outstanding job. The most recent experience was removing and replacing the roof garage. Brad dropped off samples of shingles and address of two homes he had just finished. He consulted me on all aspects of the job and he was thorough in his explanation of the whole process. The roof was completed in 3 1/2 hours. The area was completely cleaned and there was no evidence that the roofers had even been there. I would highly recommend this company for all roofing issues. Brad and his team are true professionals. In 2018, they completed two flashing repairs on our personal home and a complete re-roof on a large duplex. We were very happy with both jobs and will continue to use them on our properties in the future.

Communication was excellent. We knew what was happening and when at every stage of the process. On the first call Brad, the owner, could not answer the phone (because he was working). He called us back that evening. He gave us a low key sales pitch. (After two big companies, it was a welcome difference.) He took a week for the quote, but told us it would take that long.

We had 5 estimates, 2 from big companies and 3 from A rated companies on Angies List. All were over $13,000 except Bradley Builders who was $10,500 + board replacement. (All quotes had a board replacement charge that cannot be estimated before the roof is removed.) Brad made sure we understood that there would be this extra charge. (Some vendors hid this expense in the fine print). The final price was $10,880. In our opinion, extremely fare.

The work was great. They came at the time he told us. Warned us that it may take two days, which it did. Kept us informed on his coming and goings. (And his team's coming and goings.) Did I mention that we were happy with the communication?

We can not evaluate the quality of the labor. We are not an experts, but the roof looks great. From our interaction, we trust him that he did a good job. A leak that we had, has not given us any more problems.

Brad came out himself for two small fixes. He was very honest in telling me I didn't need a new roof and not to let someone try to sell me on one! He also recommended someone for masonry work for my chimney, and gave his opinions on how to fix my soffits! He is one of the good guys and I will definitely call him when it is time for a new roof!
