Zac at Bradford has done great work for us over the past year. He arrives quickly when needed, does great work, and always provides multiple options for a fix. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help with roofing, siding or gutters.

Zach at Bradford Xteriors, and his crew, completed the underlayment and siding repair on our house without a hitch. Great communication via telephone and email ensuring nothing was a surprise when total costs were accumulated. The crew also kept us informed while they were working, answering any and all questions. Zach kept in communication via telephone with us on the crews progress until completion. They did what they said they would do in a timely and efficient manner. Great job Zach and crew!!!

I called Jason to see if he could schedule a time to look at our roof and give us an estimate to repair where it was leaking. He arrived at the house within an hour and had us on his schedule for the NEXT day. I did an online request for a quote and within minutes had a call from the owner, Jason. He requested a aerial view/measure of our home and said he would get back to me. Within a couple hours he called back with an excellent quote. The shingle he quoted was a moderately priced shingle. I got other quotes and all except one were much higher. I ultimately went with another roofer who had done work for us in the past That roofer matched the quote from Jason and offered a higher quality shingle with a 50 year warranty. That was too hard to pass but I would definitely use Bradford Xteriors if I had any roofing needs.

After the last hail storm, we called Bradford Xteriors (recommended by another happy customer) to assess damages. Joe, was professional and oversaw our roof repair from beginning to end. The work was finished in timely manner, and the curb appeal of our new roof and gutters stands out amongst other homes in our neighborhood! I hope we never get damage again… but if we do…. we would use this company again and again.

Bradford Xteriors is a amazing company i call them to do my roof and they explain everything that was going to happen during the process. Jason and his team did a amazing job and for that I recommended then 100%.

We had Bradford do a 2000 sq ft roof, gutter and rear wall repair. we are extremely satisfied with the customer service, attention to detail and communication throughout the entire process.
Our roof and gutters had been improperly installed by the previous property owner, and water damage caused the interior wall to completely rot. We had a lot of difficulty getting somebody out to even look at the property to give us an estimate in a timely manner. The contractors that did finally show up before Bradford were split between multiple jobs and eventually just stopped coming.
We called Bradford, and Jason (owner) showed up same day to help get an estimate started. his crew was able to get the (very complex) job done inside of a week! We are very grateful for him and his crew and will call them first going forward.

I had my roof replaced last December 2023. In January 2024 there was water leaking around my lights in the family room. Contacted the company, which sub contacted to roofing contractor and they were out and made the repairs. No more leaking. The damage inside has never been addressed. I have tried to contact the owner Jason Shumway several times since. 37 times as of right now. No response. I called and he answered once. Said he would get back to me and nothing. That was in February. I have had a warped ceiling and brown stains on the ceiling since then. Filed a complaint with the BBB and he never responded. Thought I would reach out thru Google to get the situation resolved. This review could easily become a 4 rating or higher. Not a good way to do business.

I have known owner, Jason Shumway, for many years. He and his team are professional, prompt, and thorough. He interacts with his customers directly. He runs his company with integrity. I would highly recommend Bradford Xteriors to friends and family!

Joe at Bradford is always very helpful and prompt in his assessments of your roof. They replaced our roof, siding, gutters 3 years ago and it was a seamless experience. We have had them out to review another property of ours and are great to work with. Their labor is quick and efficient when the job begins. A company that is Trustworthy and follows through.

I went into contract for a home purchase. Following the initial inspection, I had reservations about the roof. I had less than a day to get an expert to the home to take a look. No other providers in the area would work with me on such short notice, even though I was offering more money for an inspection. Bradford Xteriors got to the home within 24 hours and provided a complete inspection report within hours. And they did not require any additional payment to fit me in. Great guys, highly recommend!

We just had a new roof and gutters done by this company. The roofing crew was amazing, not a single issue there. We had an issue with the gutter crew, but it was taken care of after one text to Joe. I would recommend this company to my friends and family for all of their roofing needs.

Original Review: Looks like they have a problem with me as a customer because of my name. My property manager originally reached out 6 months ago for a call back to the owner, me. After 6 months of estimates and finalizing the work contract, they didn’t even know I was the property owner even when my name is listed on the county site. After realizing my name, they rejected my contract. I have to say I am very unhappy with this type of discrimination. They made me feel ashamed of who I am and I cannot recommend this company to others on principle. In regards to the work quoted, they charge for every little thing like adding house numbers to front decks for $210, an excessive amount. If you have existing hardwood railing and posts on decks, they will replace it with cheap material and only use composite material for the flooring, but charge you over $11,000 for the work. When I asked if they could use cedar for the porches, they said no because the porches will be “wood.” Cedar is a type of wood. I found this to be an odd comment for someone in the industry. Additionally, they charged almost $14,000 for siding work on very small areas of the house. After this incident, I got at least 2 other quotes from highly rated companies and they only charged $8,000 for the same exact areas on the house with some extras thrown in. The price gouging is so extensive compared to other highly rated companies. I don’t know what is going on with Bradford but clearly they withdrew a contract we had finalized over 6 months because they did not trust my name when they saw it on the county site. My property manager who has a very different type of name, was instantly trusted and offered a contract. This type of attitude combined with the ridiculous pricing makes it impossible to talk about any redeeming qualities. This way of doing business just does not fly and is just, frankly…backwards.

Review Update: Regarding text from Jason below, it was sent after 2 disturbing phone calls, both recorded, asking me who I was, and stating they won’t accept what they usually take from customers, credit cards. In my case they want a bank certified check after they discovered my name on the county site. So don’t pay attention to the fake “we are too busy” text that was completely made up and contradicts the hundreds of other texts and calls about a contract they were ready to start work on that week. And why would any property owner take the time to write something like this if it’s not true? I spent 6 months of my life hoping for this contract to work out and when I tried to send the company money through a bank transfer or credit card, they had a problem with my name and wanted to then change the payment method to a bank certified check. Jason first called to explain they have different payment requirements for “foreign” people and after realizing it was a mistake to say that, he texted to change the story altogether to “we don’t have time” after consulting “his lawyer.” Keep in mind this is 20 minutes after the final contract was sent to me after 6 months of specifying work. This behavior was completely uncalled for. And what’s worse is - I am a proud citizen and vet. Bradford messed this one up badly. It’s frankly shameful how they treat vets and it’s ridiculous they just assumed something about me when they saw my name on the county website. It’s even more absurd he came up with a fake “we don’t have time” excuse when there are clear phone and text conversations showing he treats “foreign” people differently. The ironic thing is, I AM NOT EVEN FOREIGN!!! They just assumed I was based on my name. Awful. And no, my credits cards are NOT FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES. They’re from the US. Some people, like those in the military, work overseas. Your judgment is seriously wrong and your way of doing business is, in my option, unethical.

Hey Jason I just wanted to thank you for the service I received today.
I've been in the retail customer service business for 35 years and I loved the way you handled the day. When unforeseen issues arose, which is almost always the case with a 125 year old house, you involved me in the approach to resolve the issues. The entire crew was kind and answered my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and they did not smoke, so no cigarette butts all over my yard! Overall you scored an A+.

After dealing with many other roofing contractors over the years with varying degrees of success, it was refreshing to call Bradford and have them come out an inspect the roof of my office condo due to a leak. When no one else would show up because it was winter they came out and assessed what they could. As soon as the snow melted they gave it full inspection and sent pictures. Work to be completed when weather permits. I liked them so much they bid my house and while everyone else complains they have no crews because of COVID, Bradford has crews ready to go ASAP.

Jason was very helpful and informative throughout the course of our project. His team was clean and professional! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our choice of contractor.

Dave Dluzynski and crew at Bradford Xteriors did a superb job on our siding. He kept us in loop on scheduling and was here everyday of production job. I would recommend him, crew and Bradford. Dave's design expertise is phenomenal and was flexible when we changed our mind several times. He even gave us input on what would look better during production job. He was spot on in those changes and changes he suggested were perfect.

Bradford Xteriors installed our roof and they're a great company to work with. They are professional and, most importantly, honest. They seamlessly worked with the insurance company to make sure my out-of-pocket expenses were minimal. They did what was promised, and exceeded our expectations. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Jason Keigley claims he works for this place and when I told him I had damage he messaged me at 1:32am!!! Then procedes to inform me that my job was not profitable for him to do after I showed him a pic of the damage. He has an "i don't care" attitude just keeps pushing a free roof. You make a claim on your home owners i will guarantee your rate will go up. Also claims he is the owner of 1st Place Roofing Inc....i can't find any info on such company. Bradford needs to get rid of this guy soon!!! Then he deleted me from 43040 watch group on Facebook because I said I would find someone else to do the job and blocked him!!!! Real professional right there!!!!!

We had a great experience from the first phone call to have an inspection done to the installation. The crew was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job cleaning the work site. The process was a breeze and Dave worked great with our insurance. We would highly recommend!

They did a great job replacing our roof after it was severely damaged from a storm. Additionally, we had them install new soffits on the rear and ridge vents.

The team doing the work was quiet, quick, and polite. Our new roof is beautiful *and* has improved ventilation (master bedroom no longer heats up overnight).

The salesman (Dave P.) was informative and easy to get ahold of throughout the entire process. And he was patient with all of our questions as this was our first time having a roof replaced.

We contacted Bradford Xteriors (along with 5 other companies) for a roofing estimate. Joe Sabo, the estimator, responded quickly and was very accommodating when we came back a few weeks later and needing something else added to the estimate. Out of all the companies we worked with, Bradford (and Joe) were better than nearly all of the rest - I only ended up going with another company due to receiving a personal recommendation from a neighbor, which ended up being the tiebreaker.

Bradford's pricing was very reasonable, in line with or better than everyone else we talked to, which included a lot of the bigger roofing companies in the area. While we didn't choose them this time, I plan on utilizing Bradford for some siding work in the future due to this great experience.

I contacted Bradford Xteriors to see about repairing a single piece of vinyl siding that came lose and broke during a recent storm. He could have fixed it easily, but advised that I save my money and go to a handyman for such a simple repair. Dave even gave me the information that I needed in order to purchase the right product. I'll definitely give Dave my business if and when I have a larger siding job!

Bradford Xteriors (and specifically Dave Dluzynski) will always be my first call when I need something done to the exterior of my house. They are responsive, quotes are always competitive, and they clearly care about the work they do. I've worked with other companies in the past, but none of them have had the same level of customer service as Bradford Xteriors.

Bradford Xteriors would get a 10 out of 5 in my book. We worked with Dave Dluzynski and could not have been happier with the experience as they replaced our siding / gutters / soffit / shutters. Highlights of our experience:

1. Understanding every last detail of the quote Dave provided and the different options available.

2. Ensuring we covered every last detail and offering suggestions so the work was EXACTLY what we wanted.

3. The communication from ordering the materials to putting up the last shutter couldn't have been better.

We even threw a few wrinkles in the mix and the team tackled them with ease and did everything they could to make our lives easier. Once completed, you would have never known they were there if not for the beautiful work done that has made such a difference to the exterior appearance of our house.

They did a good job replacing our roof. It was never difficult to get a hold of them. When we were concerned about a leak, they were prompt to come check it out and evaluate the issue (ended up being not roof related).

I can’t say enough good things about Bone Dry Roofing. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The crew headed up by Amado was spot on. They never stopped moving until the job was completed. Gordon who estimated the job answered every question I had and they stayed in contact with me thru the course of the replacement. Amado came back the next morning and walked the job with me. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I'm sure the service would have been exceptional had this company even bothered to respond back. After calling asking about gutter repair, I was assured that someone would get back to me after 24 hours. Noone did. So I called back and the next day the man called back. The gentleman made arrangements to come out. After showing up, I was told I would be emailed an estimate after his walk through. I even called back and gave an extra email address. Still no word back on either email nor did I get a call back either. I'm still looking for a professional to handle the repairs to my roof and gutters.
