This company is top notch! The price beat everyone around here, and their work is fantastic! The crew was so respectful of our home, and neighbors. I am so grateful that we found this company, because we were starting to get discouraged with all the other companies out there. Bradens Roofing and Construction is the best there is!!!

I called Arsenio because I needed to replace the roof on my home. He was able to work me into his schedule right away and came over to my house the next day to provide me with a quote. His quote was extremely competitive, but I decided to go with his company not just because of the price but also because he really showed me that he cared about his customers like no one else.

I must admit that I am not an easy customer to deal with, I always have lots of questions, and Arsenio was patient and kind with me every time. He always answered my calls or text messages, he took time to explain things to me, and he made sure to accommodate any requests that I had.

On the day the work took place his crew showed up in time and they did a great job. Before the day was done, the work was completed and the crew had cleaned everything up. They were all very friendly and professional. It was also nice to see that his crew are all people he knows and trusts.

A few days after the work was completed I noticed one thing that I wanted to change. Any other larger company would have likely sent me to the customer service department, and would have ignored me, or made me schedule an appointment, but not Arsenio. I called him, he personally took my call, and then sent his brother the very next morning to get that taken care of. I was definitely impressed by this, and happy to see that we were right in choosing him and his company. He truly cares about his customers and he stands behind his work.
