Great company, 7 years after they installed our new roof we had a small problem, they came out the same day and did the repair at no charge.

They did a good job, wete efficient, affordable and more important - two years later came back and did an inspection at no charge when a bat got into the house. Love there customer service.

Hired them to remove a dysfunctional gabled attic vent and feather in new shingles to prevent leaks. They were reasonably priced, very professional and did a high quality job- can’t even tell the gable was ever there. I will call them first for roofing jobs every time.

I had several people recommend Braden roofing personally so I decided to go with them for roofing. Very glad I did. I was in the process of selling my house so deadlines were very close and they got everything done very quickly, and very well. My roof looked great and buyers were happy. 100% recommend.

Braden Roofing was very responsive when we had wind damage and needed roof repair in previous years. This year, we had significant hail damage and had a 100% insurance roof replacement. While we allowed the roofing company doing most of the storm repairs in the neighborhood provide a quote, we felt we owed the opportunity to Braden because of his previous service. When our roof and our neighbors roofs are done, we are VERY GLAD we went with Braden Roofing. I'm comfortable recommending this company for repairs or replacement.

Braden did a great job repairing our roofs drip edge, which was actually missing altogether. I highly recommend getting a bid from this company.

this company not only repaired my roof, but they were so sexy in doing so. they only hire absolute 10’s. guy even made out with me a little after completion. overall A++++

Do not hire this company!! They do not stand behind their warranty. They are very unprofessional and argumentative (Deborah-part owner). Braden roofing installed our roof in 2017. They neglected to install it properly, leaving off a 2 foot piece of flashing leaving a gap of 2 inches for bats to enter our home. When called they couldn't find the warranty paperwork and after a week they finally got someone to come out and install the flashing and close the gaps. I contacted them to pay for the bat infestation ($650) and they refused. Deborah said that the squirrels removed the 2' piece of flashing. I have not once seen any flashing laying around that any squirrel had removed. Then she said the bats removed the flashing. I would think that it would take a lot of bats to remove a 2' piece of flashing. Regardless, she argued and denied payment for the bat infestation. Such a disappointment of a company and I do not plan to ever contact them again regarding the warranty I should still have for another 8 months. Call a different company, might I recommend, KC Gutter Tech. Very professional and stands behind their work. They also know the difference between a flashing that was never installed versus a bat removing that same flashing.

We are very satisfied with our choice of Braden Roofing. We were referred by Patrick Exteriors when we contacted them about replacing our roof. Braden Castaner is a straight shooter and you can tell he knows his business. We had our roof replaced after 20+ years in service and also added upgraded skylights, which we LOVE!. All in all, the crew did an excellent job of protecting our landscaping and cleaned up very nicely. I highly recommend Braden roofing!

We called Braden for an estimate on a roof replacement. He told us we had hail damage. Well we knew that as many years ago we had another company tell us that. At that time our insurance adjustor denied the claim! Braden said we needed to try again with our insurance company and he would be happy to meet the adjustor. Well he was able to make sure the adjustor was quite aware of the previous hail damage so it was covered by our insurance company! We really appreciate the time he took and how quickly he was able to get the material in (not easy as we were particular on what type of roofing material we wanted and also with Covid causing delays in certain materials). The roofing crew was great and efficient! They worked hard to get the job done fast! Our roof looks great and we are very happy with everything! We will certainly call Braden for all our roofing needs!

Braden Roofing has done several jobs for us, large and small. No matter the size, I know I can count on a quick response, quality work and fair pricing. Our properties are in good hands with them.

August 2023 ~ Another severe storm loosened a shingle on my roof. It only took one call and Braden himself came out to help me the next day. As we were discussing how grateful I am for the wonderful work his team did fourteen years ago that is still holding up, he mentioned new technology to consider when it is time to replace the roof in the coming years. That naturally led to what could be done now to improve the venting in my attic space, which was heating up the second floor. We decided soffit vents would be an immediate and economical help until newer technology could be incorporated. A bid was in my inbox next day and one of his team was installing the vents the day after I approved and signed the bid. As usual, the team member was capable, efficient, and professional. My second floor has become significantly cooler as a result of the work.

In the buyer beware age, especially with roofing contractors, it's comforting to have a team of professionals always available to take care of challenges when they arise. Braden Roofing is a gift to be shared and cherished in the Kansas City market.

2 years ago ~ Look no further! Braden Roofing does an excellent job with the unique needs of old houses. Problem solving with creativity and care he replaced the old roof (consisting of 3 layers of shingles on the original 1936 shake shingles) over 10 years ago. Despite many intense storms, we never had a problem. A recent storm damaged a shingle. Even though it was a very small task Braden responded quickly (coming out on a Saturday), fixed the damage himself, and inspected the rest of the roof while he was up there. The roofing industry has many fly by night and shady individuals. Braden Roofing is a gem in the industry! He and his team have been in business a long time, do high quality work at reasonable prices, and are honorable.

Braden Roofing really goes the extra mile when it comes to warranty work. I would recommend this company for all types of roofing needs. Great company.

We had Braden replace the roof on our home about seven years ago. The work was great, reasonable price, couldn't have been happier. I also appreciated the follow up since. if I had a question here, or needed a little extra sealant around the skylight there...the owner (Braden) came out and took care of everything promptly and without charging me an extra nickel. I don't write many online reviews, but I couldn't recommend them any higher.

We have used Braden Roofing for 2 different homes and it is truly hard to find someone who actually shows up on time and responds quickly to any questions. We took the plunge on getting an impact resistant roof and could not be happier with it. We highly recommend this company.

I am happy I chose Braden Roofing to replace my roof. This was my first time opening a claim on my home - I'd been dragging my feet as I didn't know what to expect. Marcus was fantastic, put me at ease and really made the whole process a breeze. He walked me through the insurance paperwork, which initially had my head spinning, until I understood the numbers and the process. Everything played out as he said it would and he was always quick to respond when I texted him with questions. I highly recommend Braden Roofing, and Marcus specifically. Oh, I feel I should mention the roofing crew not only moved all patio furniture and returned it once they were finished, but they also blew off the leaves on my front and back porch - it looked better than it had when they started. This is coming from a single mom.

Professional, courteous and they actually call you back to reschedule if they have to miss a free inspection appointment. Marcus had to reschedule because he was ill, but he called me and apologized and scheduled another appointment. You could tell from his voice he had been sick. Usually if they are free, you have to call them back.

The workmanship provided by Braden Roofing is of the highest professional quality. A neighbor's Brookside roof with all its intricate gables was replaced by Braden Roofing - and I noticed the care to details. As a result, Braden replaced my roof, as well.

What can i say - if we could give 10 stars i would. Had a roof leak, the first roofer charged $395 to fix it, but with no success, and of course there was no guarantee. So i called a couple more roofers and they quoted similar rates with no guarantees as well. Then a few days later I was at a party, networking party, met a new guy named Braden with Braden Roofing.
I shared the tale of my roof repairs. Braden listened, then quite confidently says, I can fix that roof and it would never leak again!
I asked how he could be so confident?
He says, YOUR ROOF HAS NEVER MET ME....and he smiled, and grinned. I'll never forget that statement.
Ok, I said how soon can you come out? He says tomorrow, 5 sharp.
Anyway, it was a hot humid day in July, I met him in the driveway as he arrived at 5, right on time. Showed him around the back entrance, pointed out the ceiling and the stains.
Braden was quiet for a few seconds then said NO PROBLEM, quite confidently...let me get my ladder.
I followed him out to his truck, as he removed his ladder, I asked if he wanted a drink, a Pepsi or something, he said Pepsi is fine.
I went back inside and made the drinks, and as I was walking out the back door with them, Braden was ALREADY coming down the ladder with his caulk gun in his hand.
Whoa, I said, What are you doing, you've only been up there a few minutes?
He says it's FIXED AND IT WON'T LEAK AGAIN. Let me put my ladder away, I'll be right back.
I set the drinks on the patio table, Braden came back and set down with his purchase order book, took a big drink of the Pepsi, just looked at me, beaming with confidence.
I asked what do I owe you, he says, that will be JUST a 100 bucks. I said a 100 bucks? He says yes, a buck for the caulking and 99 bucks for knowing where to caulk, then he smiled and just looked at me - I could tell he was serious, dead serious.
I said ok and my wife wrote him a check for the $100.
Braden said don't worry, it won't leak, finished his drink and left.
All we can tell you is this, we had a great experience, this is a great confident guy, building a great company, that my wife and I have come to appreciate and respect.
And to answer any concerns - the roof never leaked again!

Just had my shake roof replaced. Braden's crew showed up when scheduled, were very courteous and did a fantastic job. From estimate to completion, very professional and competitively priced - highly recommended.
