B&P Roofing

B&P roofing installed my new roof and i love my new roof. They cleaned my yard and made it look better than it did before they arrived. I would definitely recommend B&P Roofing to anyone needing a new roof !!!!

B&P Roofing has been fully paid for services on my home but has not completed the job. There is trim that needed replaced, siding that needed finished, areas in need of touch up paint, a storm door that was to be replaced, and a pile of debris from previous work. They will not respond to any messages or calls because standing up to being taken advantage of and demanding a timely completion of the job which had taken him over 2 1/2 months to do. That’s NOT including the installation of the roof which was done in July.

He has not sent a receipt for the job. Also, materials that were leftover from the new floors were not left. Those are materials that WE BOUGHT. And no, it’s not in the contract that they keep the materials. And no, there hasn’t been delays due to weather. What B&P Roofing does it take the deposits and then string their customers along while they get deposits and quick money on other jobs. HE WAS EVEN PAID EARLY AS HALF OF THEIR FINAL PAYMENT. He received the other half the night that things were supposed to be wrapped up. The workman was supposed to be back the next day to complete but he was told to go to the roofing jobs by Brandon Gill.

I believe that he has good people working for him and the work that was done, so far, I believe has been quality. But he mismanaged his business with inconsistent communication (unless he needs money), multiple deadlines missed, and unwillingness to provide the workers needed to do the job.

I called them for an estimate to fix my leaky roof, and that was the last time I ever saw them. I called a few days later to get the repair scheduled and was told they would call me within a couple of weeks to set something up. After two weeks they never showed so I called again and was told they would be out by the end of the week. I gave them the full week and still never saw them. The Monday after that I called another company that gave me my estimate and fixed my roof on the same day, and did it for less than half of what B&P quoted me.

I was highly satisfied with my roof. Brandon and his crew were AMAZING ! Definitely recommend for you to call them.

If you like doing business with a place that has no concept of customer dealing then this is your place. They will tell you they will call you and not do so, only answer the phone haphazardly, and make you play phone tag to try and get them out for an estimate. I took my business elsewhere.

I called to get a estimate on 2 different roofs at different locations. They called me back and came by and gave me a price for both jobs on the same day!! Excellent response time! He was very polite and knowledgeable about what each house needed done to it. Explained how it would go if I went with them. And then left me two very professional looking estimates. Thanks B&P

B and P roofing fails to return phone calls. I called and left them a voice message twice with my name and number, left a contact on their website through their service online, and never heard a word from them. After several weeks and posting a review I saw on their Facebook page that they insult customers, insult people who were unhappy with their services, argue with customers, and eventually they started insulting me. They are extremely unprofessional and you would be better off using almost any other roofers from out of town even.

I called B&P approx 1 month ago to come and give me a quote for a partial replacement of my roof. I have subsequently called twice more and gone to the place of business to find out why they have not returned my call or contacted me any way. If you don't want to do business with me, that is your choice, however why not tell me you are not interested. Regardless, I would not recommend them at all.

B& P fixed our roof and quoted a lower price than anyone in the surrounding area. they also fixed where our skylights were leaking for free. These are honest courteous and reliabe people would recommend them to anyone.
