Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous are just a few things I can say to describe the service I received from Scott and his wife. Buying a home is a big investment and the peace of mind I now have from having this inspection done was worth every penny.

We used Boyle for a thorough inspection including sewer scope since we've had experience with tree root damage and decay in pipes. It's best to know up front so you can budget repairs or ask for allowances. That little extra money saves a lot of money, time and frustration down the road.

Scott and Valerie worked great together and did an amazing job. Scott noticed things that the average person wouldn't pay attention to until it became a problem. Valerie kept me up to date throughout the process and made life easier for me. The inspection was done in a great time frame and the inspection report was sent in less than 24 hours. Their service was amazing and well worth the money. Scott and his wife inspected multiple properties for me. One inspection saved me thousands of dollars on a foundation issue the pre-listing inspection completely missed. Scott and his wife go through everything thoroughly and makes a very digestible report. They give you onsite explanation with a great app that lets you follow along the inspection from anywhere. This is the second time I have used Boyle Property Inspections and if I have to have another home inspection or know of anyone else that does, I would highly recommend Scott and Valerie Boyle!
Both times that I have telephoned Boyle Home Inspection, Valerie answered and she is so welcoming. She explains everything Scott will do as the Inspector, what to expect and the cost all upfront. If you can’t be at the inspection, no worries! They have an app that you will be able to download onto your phone and they post pictures of what they are inspecting as well as comments. I had a question during the inspection as I could not be there and again, Valerie is there to explain in more detail with Scott to help answer questions. They now offer Sewer Checks using a camera and I asked for this to be added to the home inspection. Mr. Scott Boyle is a Certified Professional Inspector, Certified Master Inspector, and is a Certified Residential Thermographer.
This is the best team to use for Home Inspections! Thank you Scott and Valerie so much!

I called Valerie, and she was able to get me scheduled quickly. She explained the services they provide. Valerie also explained that they now offer Sewer Inspections, so I added this service. They utilize an app so I could see the inspection as it was happening. After about 1.5 -2 hours I went to the house where Scott could go over the information and Valerie could go over the items she had checked. The report was laid out well which included icon ratings throughout the report, table of contents for all the information. pictures of all the rooms and all the appliances including manufacturer labels. The information was very detailed. Everything that Scott and Valerie did was well worth the money I spent. It gives me confidence knowing that they take pride in the service they provided and it helped me to feel better in my choice in purchasing. I highly recommend them!

I was so impressed by their service! Our inspection on our last home was nothing like the inspection that Boyle provided! The last inspector we used just looked around and we ended up having multiple problems after we moved in. I don’t think we’ll run into any of those problems after this inspection! I 100% recommend!!

Boyle Property Inspections lived up to the hundreds of other reviews I read on them. They were very responsive and very informative. Their inspection was very thorough and detailed. Overall the experience was exactly what we were looking for as first time home buyers.

I hired Boyle Property Inspections for a property I was thinking of purchasing and Scott right away found issues with the foundation. He spent a lot of time explaining the issues/concerns that he had on the property and advised that I definitely should have another specialty contractor provide an estimate to fix. He was very very conscientious about checking the roof; gutters, a lot of things that other inspectors could be lax about checking. Scott actually gets up on the roof and does a full walk around. He found small leaks in bathrooms, and a sloping floor in the living room as well. Unfortunately this house did not work out but when I found my next house the person I would trust for the inspection was Boyle Inspections. Definitely worth hiring.

Our Realtor, Kimberly, advised us to have the house we bought inspected prior to buying. It is too bad for us that the inspection did not mention the rotten trim in the bathroom caused by a leaking shower. The rotten trim that had a swipe of fresh paint and the mold odor should have been a clue. The entire shower must be ripped out and replaced. Also, apparently the water heater was not properly inspected as the igniter does not work. One of the toilets leaks from the base seal onto the floor with one flush. Yes, we are quite dissatisfied.

This is our first home we are purchasing, and I was so impressed with how thorough and in depth the inspection was. I would give 10 stars if possible!

I'm an investor and have used several inspectors over the years. Boyle Property Inspections is hands down the best in the area! A good inspection is incredibly valuable and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do as good of a job as they do.

Had a home inspection done from different people on house I purchased that was recommended.
Inspection from other company came back that nearly everything was satisfactory with the home, so it gave me no negotiation leverage when purchasing.

Ended up having Boyles come and inspect the house later just to see what all is wrong with the house I bought so I know what all needs to be repaired, and I really wish I would have used Boyles from the start.

Scott and Valerie did a VERY detailed inspection which showed me that the house I was trying to buy would be way more work than I would be comfortable with for my first house. Update: We used Scott and Valerie again for an in-town move, and I feel exactly how I did 6 years ago. This time we opted to add on the sewer scope, and I’m so glad we did, because we found issues that needed to be repaired.
