Boulder Auto Glass is awesome. Bought a new windshield at a reasonable price and fast turnaround. Two months later, a crack developed - on the inside laminate of glass only! (defect??). They replaced it for free with no hassles.

Had my windshield replaced, they did a great job and the price was very reasonable. The car was ready in 90 minutes after drop off as promised. They also offered to fix the first chip repair for free if/when I get one which is reassuring to know.

Excellent service from a very prossional and friendly craftsman! So glad I sought out a local business. My windshield looks amazing and it was done very quickly.

This place is definitely the best place in Boulder for windshield replacements. These guys are very knowledgable, friendly, and the price cannot be beat. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Adam fixed the rock chip on my wife’s car and replaced my windshield. He was fast and did a great job. Best prices in town and right next to parkway diner for a good meal while waiting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for auto glass repair in or around Boulder!

Could not be more impressed. I have a small chip that must have been filled by the previous owner of the vehicle. Instead of fixing, the owner of Boulder Auto Glass told me to keep an eye on it and if it gets worse come on back. That is an honest man with a great moral character. The world needs more people like this. I think that says it all when wondering where to go for window repair.

Replaced my 2011 Lexus IS-350 and Lexus RX-350 in March, May 12 and no problems. Boulder Auto Glass was super conscientious. I had problems with Safelite years prior not properly installing my windshield molding creating a whistle. Boulder Auto Glass fixed the damage caused by Safelite for free. I will only use Boulder Auto Glass and am telling everyone I know.

I had a windshield crack that spanned ~12 inches, so I came here to get it replaced based on the reviews. Adam was upfront – it’ll be 3 weeks until replacement, which was fine with me. He was very nice – I was running late picking up the car, and he let me pick it up later. There was a rattling sound that neither I or the mechanic could figure out, and I brought it to Adam, who figured it out quickly (the source was not the windshield at all). Overall, I'm happy with the work and the experience.

A got a small chip in the roof of my Tesla Model 3. After some research online If found that there isn't a lot of experience with repairs out there as well as a lot of hesitancy. I read a post that said the glass is laminated vs. tempered so repairs should be totally fine. Given the chip was small I felt the risk was pretty low to just get a repair, and Adam at Boulder Glass was great.

He explained the process and had a very reasonable price. Visually the ~1/4 inch repaired chip blends in and is not noticeable unless you are looking for it or at certain angles. It looks like a smudge when you see it, and way better than the original. (Sorry. I only have the after photo.) More importantly, I am feel better about mitigating the chip from propagating into a bigger crack.

When I first started to research this I talked to Safelite and they don't do repairs on "sun roofs" and didn't have any time to look into the Tesla glass roof.

Very pleased with the service, and I hope other Tesla owners can avoid expensive roof replacements by doing minor repairs.

My windshield got smacked by a big rock and created quite an impact. Trying to make an appointment for a repair seemed impossible with everyone being several weeks out. I stopped by and Boulder Auto Glass repaired my windshield immediately, saving it from cracking and having to be replaced. And they did an excellent job!

Was able to do my windshield chip repair without an appointment. 1/3 the price of Safelite. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Boulder Auto Glass was close by and given the reviews I chose them to fix a windshield chip from a big rock kicked up on the highway. I can say they deserve the 5 star rating. The technician/owner did a fantastic job given the size of the chip. On-time quick service and a professional demeanor, even when I showed up late by oversleeping. I'll definitely be going back for future fixes / installations.

I needed a chip on my windshield repaired and the technician came to my home and repaired it within an hour of my call. He was very nice, and the price was significantly lower than another chip repair location had quoted.

The technician was prompt and quick in installing my windshield. A courteous and professional attitude round out a great description. Thinking about the product, fantastic for the price. I would recommend without reservation.

I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced. Itay was friendly, did great work, and even helped me fix a problem with my seat.

Itay was very friendly and informative. He honored the price he had given me the day before, despite the windshield chip being larger than I described (honest misunderstanding!). He was quick, professional and informative. He went above and beyond by removing factory windshield tape in order to properly seal my windshield at no charge. By NO means did he have to do that. I know I will get another windshield crack/chip in the future and I will absolutely be back to Itay. Highly recommended!

This place is really awesome. Itay is very friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. I watched while he walked me through every step he was doing to repair my cracked windshield. He then even provided a complimentary car wash after he noted my car was too dirty lol. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with my replacement windshield and the service I received. Not only was it easy, fast, and well done, but I got some extra windshield wiper assistance (sorely needed) and got my car back absolutely spotless (a really welcome surprise!) Highly recommended.

Very excellent customer service. In addition to windshield, cleaned car, cleared corroded battery, vacuumed. Great person to deal with, very honest and full of integrity. There was a weird defect in my windshield; Itay offered to make it right, either redoing windshield replacement or giving me a discount. Very awesome one-man show.

Twice I've dealt with Itay, and he's the best. Very personable guy to deal with, great service and very reasonable pricing. I recommend him highly.

I didn't get a chance to work with Boulder Auto Glass(BAG), because (a) the glass panel for my 2003 Audi was not available except from the Audi factory in Germany, and (b) my insurance company had a preferred auto glass repair shop, in town, for hard-to-get glass.
They told me that insurance MIGHT cover it if I used BAG, but that I might also get stuck with the full bill, and they recommend that I go somewhere where it would be covered.
Here's the thing, though, I didn't have to call my insurance company to find this out. The representative at BAG did ALL of the leg work for me, and put me in touch with the right people (both insurance AND the other Auto Glass store) to get this done.
It is a sign of AMAZING customer service that Boulder Auto Glass sent me in the right direction when they could not help me, themselves.
Even though I am getting good service from the other business, BAG will be my first look if I need to repair glass on another vehicle.

Itay was very responsive, and although he couldn't help me in this instance, he was very honest about it and referred me to another provider that could help me with the installation of custom side windows for my Toyota FJ.

He was unable to do the repair that my window needed but was upfront and gave me the options that I had. Very friendly guy and would not hesitate to go to him again.

Its hard to find people now-a-days that take pride and stand by their work. Itay has great work ethic, attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Itay is an independent local proprietor that runs Boulder Auto Glass and exemplifies outstanding service! As I needed to replace my cracked windshield I shopped around a bit and was very glad with my choice. This shops attention to the detail and pride in his work clearly showed. Itay went well beyond the minimum when he both offered me a ride to my office and washed my vehicle for no extra charge before returning it. Finally...the cost was FAR below what Safelite had quoted me.

Itay did a great job replacing the windshield on a somewhat tricky vehicle. He sourced OEM trim parts directly from Toyota without me having to ask, worked directly with my insurance company, and promptly addressed some post-install questions I had. Super responsive and easy to work with, definitely recommend.

This Friday I went with my convert Van to get a new side window, my van is 1998, the window was kind of hard to find. But the professional of this place was amazing, really care about the costumers and try hard for the best.

The guy who does the window crack repairs is really chill. He knows exactly what he’s doing and does it with care. The quality is also really clean and solid. His price is fair.

Boulder Auto Glass went above and beyond their obligations. I would recommend Bould Auto Glass to anyone that needs a windshield replacement or other auto glass replacement. They were priced at 50% less than the dealership. The work was fast and clean.

They got me an appointment in under a week, completed the job in a matter of hours, and the quality of the work is fantastic. They were also very patient and helpful when dealing with insurance difficulties.
As a complete courtesy they even cleaned up the inside of my car before returning it to me. I will absolutely be coming back to Boulder Auto Glass for any of my future glass repair needs.

Boulder Auto Glass fixed a chip in the center of my camper van windshield today. So nice to work with a friendly locally owned business.

All around great experience. Communication and customer service could not have been better. I Had both windshields replaced. The owner was there early to receive my car and took time to clean the exterior and interior of glass shards. The work looks great and the price was about 15% less than safelite.

Itay has been great to work with. I have had 2 windshields replaced by Boulder Auto Glass in the past year. The second windshield had been previously been installed by a different installer who did not install it properly (7 yeards earlier). Itay worked to fix the damage (rust, broken clips, old glue removal) and install the new windshield properly. Changes to estimate due to prior damage and additional costs (parts, repairs) were all fair and clearly explained before work was done so I could approve. A job well done.

I was driving through the canyons and took a rock to the windshield. My first call was to Boulder Auto Glass. In less than twenty minutes my chip was fixed and what would have been a lamentable excursion remained a wonderful trip. The value and service delivered by Boulder Auto Glass make it so I have no worries. They have saved two windshields for me and will save me many more. Should I ever have to fully replace a windshield, I know who to call. Boulder Auto Glass has raised my expectations for automotive service.

Previously I used Safelite to repair my windshield because that's who my insurance company recommended (and paid for). Since they were no longer covering it, I went with Boulder Auto Glass and I'm so glad I did.

Itay responded to my quote request (via the web form) immediately on a Sunday nonetheless. The quote from BAG came in over $100 lower than Safelite. I mentioned this and he said that it's not unusual for Safelite to start high and negotiate lower which is exactly the kind of antics I would hope to avoid by going with a large company.

Getting a good vibe from Itay and wishing to support local, I decided to go with them. I offered to pay at dropoff but Itay insisted that I wait to make sure I was satisfied before paying.

When I picked up the car, Itay walked me through what he did and also pointed out where Safelite had messed things up previously. He even washed the car for me.

I can't recommend Itay and Boulder Auto Glass highly enough. He did incredible work for a reasonable price. And after seeing the botched job that Safelite did on a previous install, I will never use them again.

I've had Boulder Auto Glass replace two windshields on two separate vehicles I have and I will always use them for auto glass repair and recommend them to my friends. They are fast, friendly, afforadbale and very professional. It was such a better experience working with them over any other glass company. Can't recommend them enough!

Itai was super responsive, communicated well about timing, and went the extra mile for my front passenger side and windshield replacement. My passenger side glass was completely shattered by someone breaking into my car with chunks still in the door. Itai replaced it; it functions well and I cannot hear any of the tell-tale tinkling from glass left in the door body. My windshield had a large crack and several hairline fractures across the bottom from Colorado driving (where you get rocks kicked up all the time on the highway) and he cleaned up some of the rust on the frame of the windshield so I feel like the glass is a lot more secure. He even washed my car since the windshield needed to cure overnight! Really an ideal experience.

So impressed! After going to other shops and being told to get a whole new windshield for my chip (upsale), it was SO nice to be told that it was totally fixable! These guys did a great job and saved me a good chunk of money. Would/will definitely return! Quick and very informative!
