This company is not bonded or licensed even though the tech, Lary said they are. They replaced a fuse in my commercial refrigerator unit with a copper pipe, causing thousands in damages. Once a single thing goes wrong, their call center stops connecting you with assistance. I contacted the state of New Mexico to file a complaint against licensed contractors and this company is not on file, nor are any of their techs.

Glad we called Bosque! After several multi thousand dollar quotes from other companies, Larry was able to diagnose and repair our mini split for under $500. Will definitely be calling them again next time we need service!

I reached out to Bosque heating and cooling and plumbing. Had someone come out to give me a qoute for a airgap installment for a dishwasher. Called the following week and was told Dominick is no longer with them.

Called to speak to a representative they stated they will get someone out to me the same day. No one showed, got a call the following day from the representative sharing that they do not do that kind of work. Sadly, I wasted 3 weeks with the run around. They should have not sent someone out initially to take a look at it then telling me it's no problem he will give me a qoute in a couple days.

Might’ve been good, we’ll never know. Had an A/C outage which is an urgent fix this time of year (incredibly hot outside). Called around and Bosque said they could make an appointment for me. Great! Except, the day of service rolls around and I have no appointment. They “never said I had an appointment.” Well. Silly me, I must have made up the time window and date that they gave me and stopped calling around because I didn’t want my A/C fixed. So no appointment, and they can’t get to me or try to get to me with any urgency, care, or assurance this won’t happen again. Manager said there “was nothing they could do.” Ok, that’s fine. There’s nothing I can do either, except go with another company and I’d recommend anyone who wants a professional company to do the same.

My elderly mom was without an AC for the first part of the summer, after contacting Bosque HCP, they instantly provided my mom with a portable AC unit to keep her comfortable while they worked diligently replacing her swamp cooler. The process took no more than a day and they made sure my moms comfort was of top priority. Not only did Miliano and his crew provide exceptional service they were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely compassionate. My mom felt very comfortable working with them. She said “I hadn’t heard manners like that since I was young.”
They all have gone above and beyond and continue too keep in touch to assure her AC is working great, which it is!

The guys came one time, called ahead, and work fast. They informed me every step of the way. They resolve my issue quickly and efficiently . I had air conditioning within an hour!! The cost was affordable as well!

It was a process. I think that it would be good to know how long it takes. In our neighborhood the tranformers were old and had to be replaced this took several months. There is a lot of back and forth issues with PNM. The service people were great they explained why things were delayed.

Our air conditioning system was not working and we are new to town. I called the first HVAC company and they said I needed to replace my entire compressor unit for a cost of $10,688.00. They said the unit was not worth repairing although it is 4 years old. I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Larry came over the following day. He replaced the fan on the compressor and had my system working that day for a cost of $915.00. I can't say enough good things about this company and Larry's abilities.

We had called Bosque to get a qoute for replacing one of our swamp coolers. The technician was over an hour late without communicating to us he was running late. After we had received our qoute we had a couple of questions so we reached out several times to Bosque. Each times were told we would get a call back from the technician. It has been two weeks with no response. They also had someone come out to look at a roofing issue. We never recieved a qoute. When we called to ask about this we were told that technician would call us back, which they never did. There are a lot of great plumbers out there that are way more responsive a helpful. Don't waste your time.

Bosque offers a calm professional service for a good price and their plumbers will do a great job.

I work for a GC and we had a subcontractor in that area that wasn't doing the required warranty work. Called these guys and they squeezed us in last minute. Super nice to work with and will definitely keep them on our list for any other projects we do in that area.

Other than not knowing what day the job was going to take place until 24 hours prior, from starting the paperwork to finished product the people were friendly and knowledgeable and would work with them again.

Bosque did a great job on my roof! James worked with my insurance, submitted the claim and made the whole process painless. They got the work done in one day! It was a GREAT experience working with Bosque and James. I highly recommend using them!

. From the time. I signed a contract to the time of installation was approximately a month and a half. Also the technicians and electricians who came in to install were very courteous, professional, and the installation was done in one day I would highly recommend.

I would recommend this company for any heating and cooling repair. Isaac and Charlie did a great job installing a new furnace in my home. They were courteous, professional, explained in detail what they were doing, and worked diligently. They did notice my water heater will need replacement and explained the reason why. I will definitely use this company again in the near future. They honor our veterans as they gave us a military discount. No other company offered this. My girlfriend called this company company to get her bathroom fixed the tech came out gave her a quote signed a contract not only did they reschedule her service but 3 times but when they finally did call her to do the the job the techs were magically sick in the hospital and when they stated the operation manager would call her and tell her when the job could be finished or rescheduled he/she never did not only that when she said she wanted her money back they stated they'd take 10% for doing absolutely nothing she is contacting the company instead of the company contacting her very very unprofessional and ham don't trust them sure this is the type of company that pays for review they do horrible business

Our tech was super nice and got everything completed quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that I was quoted a certain amount and charged more when things were done.

Our system wasn't working and house temperature had fallen below 64. Phoned Bosque. They were completely booked for today but put me on a list if a technician became available. One did and they sent out Morris who arrived on time with a smile. He immediately determined the problem and got the system up and running. Very professional and knew his business. Would recommend and use Bosque again.

We are highly recommending Bosque Plumbing and Heating! The first week in October we tried to light our 38 year old furnace, which by the way has worked flawlessly for the 38 years since installation. The furnace wouldn’t light and we spotted a possible problem with the electrical cord and socket. We called a Plumbing & Heating company that we have dealt with a few times in the past with good service. They set us up with an appointment 3 weeks out. We decided to wait for them rather than call someone else. On the appointment day, the service tech came in and saw the cord and socket, declared he would have to call someone else to fix it to bring it up to city code. He went outside for the call and came back in as the expert, declaring it would be very difficult if not impossible to fix. He found what he said was another problem with a pipe vent, even though he couldn’t/wouldn’t answer our question as to why it couldn’t be fix. He said the furnace needed to be replaced, said an estimator would be calling and left. The estimator never called. We called a couple more companies, left messages, no return calls. A neighbor suggested Bosque P&H. We called and they set an appointment for us within a few days. Morrison came out that day and explained everything to us. That the cord and socket indeed could be changed and the vent pipe could be replaced. He explained that even with these corrections, the furnace might have a carbon monoxide issue and he would then have to condemn it. We agreed to let him try. And try he did. The furnace still wouldn’t light. He gave a quote for a new one. We didn’t have to wait for someone else to come out and check the situation and then give us a quote. We felt the price was reasonable and agreed. Installation would be the next day. Techs Issac and Nick arrived the next day. Removed the old, bulky, heavy furnace and replaced with a new, smaller and more efficient unit. They worked many hours in a tight space and got everything up and running. They answered questions, showed us the operation of the unit. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the trash. We appreciate the time they took explaining things and the efficient way they completed the job. Bosque Plumbing and Heating is now our go to company!

I have used Bosque heating cooling and plumbing twice in the last 30 days once at my office and once at my home. both jobs were done in a time manner and very pleasant service persons which is some time hard to find in this industry I would highly recommend them.

Isaac and Nick responded quickly to our request for help. The furnace was out and they came out to troubleshoot the problem. They were nice and very professional. They were able to fix it and did it in a very cost conscious way.

We're really grateful for their fast service getting our coil ducts fixed up after a Squirrel had eaten through them over the summer. From the initial call I was treated with alot of compassion and care to our needs...its getting cold and we were finding it hard to get someone to come by in such a hurry. Not a big job and one some other similar companies wouldn't or couldn't do. Big thanks to Meliano and both Nick's at Bosque Heating and Cooling! Had a water leak that took out the flooring in my office and hallway. They were quick to fix the leak and do the remediation. I also had them do the restoration. They worked everything out with the insurance company and Anthony did a fantastic job replacing the flooring in the whole house. It looks like an entirely new home now! I'm so glad I contacted them and will do again for any future needs!

The men who came were very professional and respectful. It only took a few hours. Now I just need the inspections done and make sure there are no cracks or holes or places where water can leak through.

The workers showed up first thing that morning, very professional and polite. Did the install and cleaned up any trash or extra materials.
They were very informative and answered any questions I had about the panels and maintenance requirements

Today was the second time my newly installed system has failed inspection. The first was due to design error in plan. The second time was due to revision not being submitted in time for inspector to have something to match to the actual installation. I sure hope the product performs better than this process.

The workers have been very respectful & hard working! It has taken longer than I expected to be done for installation, it is frustrating to be still paying VERY high electric bills while waiting & waiting for the completion of the solar.

AMAZING!! These guys are a dream. I could not have asked for a better experience switching to solar. All of the employees involved are so professional. They have done a spectacular job with communication, explaining all the details clearly and working extremely efficiently. Any time they have set an appointment, they have all shown up on the dot! Any phone calls that were needed- I never had to wait on hold at all! Most impressive crew ever. I have the highest respect for them and am so grateful for all they’ve done.

Worst company ever. Our swamp cooler has gone out multiple times after they visited. The last time they tightened a belt and it went out within a week and they couldn't get to us for another week. Finally I had a friend fix it and the belt was shredded. I would never recommend this company.

Emiliano came to my house exactly during the time. Indicated, and provided a nice assessment of the water hammer issues we were incurring, only providing a regional estimate to repair the system early next week. He is a excellent employee I rate him highly!

I have used many heating and Ac services and not one can compare to the outstanding service we received from Bosque heating and cooling services. During the high Temps this summer our ac gave out and Bosque was the only provider to squeeze us in. Carlos explained the whole process and completed the job installed a new unit they did outstanding job and cleaned up and the service was above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend them we will definitely use their services again.

BIG THANK YOU to Isaac and Bosque Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. My AC had stopped working on a Saturday morning of one of the hottest weekends we've had so far this year. Isaac came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem, did some testing to make sure it worked properly and even washed off the outside part. He took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking. I am VERY PLEASED with Isaac and Bosque and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you need AC repair.

Meliano got my AC working again during this 100 degree heat wave! Very grateful! I worried it would be days and he diagnosed and replaced the broken fan in hours. He also pointed out a few older appliances that will need replacing in the future that we need to start saving and watch out for.

Prompt and on time. They called to let me know their ETA and diagnosed and resolved the problem. They stand by their work and honor warranty.

Found the HVAC issue no one else could. Spent the the time to trouble shoot and make it right. Will use again

You guys were great but Meraki Solutions sucks especially the salesman we had. We finally got our system activated after waiting 17 mos!

Very efficient from estimate to completion of job. JT was very accommodating and Miliano and Charli stayed till 9 pm to finish and very patiently answered all our questions. Would recommend them highly.

So far so good. It’s been slow going getting things started, much of that due to permitting and such. But installation today went well and Margaret is great to work with.

I was out of town over the weekend and came back to a home cooking inside at a temp of 91 degrees!! I quickly realized the a/c had malfunctioned. I called a lot of companies and everyone game me the same response “we are booked into July and early August”. Bosque did let me know they were also booked, but found a way to work me in ASAP. Adrian and his assistant called me a day early to swing by and make the repairs!! AMAZING. They were extremely professional and went out of there way to teach me about my a/c system. I would recommend Bosque to any of my loved ones.

I am not sure what has happened to Bosque but it is not good. When I first used them a few years ago I had just bought my home and purchased an air conditoner from them. I could not say enough good things about the front office staff and the technicians. Come to find out everyone is now gone, all of them.
This year I called for a start up of my air conditioner. What I got was some guy flying higher than a kite on some kind of drugs. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to call them back a few days later. I was told that guy had been fired. In the next coming weeks I had to call them back 3 more times until my air conditioner was up and running correctly.
This past weekend I had an issue with my pilot light on water heater. On Saturday mid morning I called them. I was told they would put a call out and someone would call me back. I never heard anything all weekend. Monday morning I called them again only to be told they do not do call outs on weekends anylonger .
Now I am feeling uneasy and have lost faith in them. I asked to speak to a manager. I want to ask for a refund on the service plan I purchased since I will not use them for the close down of my air conditioner. The front office girl who is exceptionally nice took my message and said he would call me back. I never heard back. I called again that afternoon, she apologized and said she'd leave him another message and he'd call me back. Here it is Friday afternoon and I am still waiting for a returned call.
I have put alot of money towards this business but not anymore.
I will take my business to business that cares.

I had an air conditoner installed and work done on my water heater. Working with Miguel and Joe has been nothing but a pleasant experience, all of them for that matter. Both Miguel and Joe are always on time, courteous and very professional. Miguel is the epitome of a hard worker and extremely honest! I will continue to use Bosque for my heating and cooling needs as the seasons change as I know I will get top notch, honest service! Thank you Bosque Heating and Cooling for an amazing staff!!
