This company was highly recommended to me. They did not disappoint. Outstanding job from beginning to end. From 1 to 5 I give them a 10.

I noticed the damage to my roof from the Christmas blizzard of 2022 around 8 am. Sam took my call while he and his crew were already working on a job. I asked Sam if he would be able to do a same-day repair on my roof. Sam was polite and professional and indicated that since the forecast was calling for rain he would try to fit-in my repair after leaving the day's site. Sam was clear that his availability did depend on how the current job went but promised he would communicate with me if he wouldn't be able to make it on the same day. Sam was true to his word. He communicated with me after completing his current job, drove 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where he was working and completed my roof repair on a Friday evening. Sam was professional and provided a quality repair - clearly taking his time to inspect not only his repair, but other areas on the roof. Sam answered my numerous questions and wasn't bothered by me watching the repair process. If you're in the Hardin County area and need a trustworthy roofer - give Sam a call!

I needed a new roof on my house a few months ago and this was the best experience I have ever had!! The customer support is amazing and they did a great job on my roof it was everything and more than I expected!! If you need a new roof on your house I highly suggest you give them a call!! The boss KNOWS what he is doing!!!!

We own a 3 story building in the historical district and needed a complete tear off and new roof installed. I received several estimates and was impressed with Sam so awarded him the job. He did a great job from start to finish and I would highly recommend him for any roofing need you may have.

I made an appointment for him to come look at my roof, he told me to send him my information via text so I did. After a few hours I sent him another text to confirm he received it and find out a time frame. A couple hours later he messaged me back confirming he received the information and he’d be in touch with the time.
Day of appointment I waited until 10:30 a.m and had not heard anything so messaged him, no answer until 1:00 p.m stating sorry he had been busy but could still come today. I messaged him yes we still would like him to come and to send me a time frame and Id make sure we were home. Another hour passed and I finally received and answer from him that it had started raining in Kenton and he wasn’t going to be able to look at it in the rain. It has been forecasted to rain in the late afternoon all week. He then proceeded to tell me he is booked out 2 months anyway so if I wanted it done in a hurry to find someone else. The communication has been absolutely horrible! Such a waste of time

Sam Bontrager was recommend by a friend who saw the quality of his work. My historical barn was struck by a speeding car which caused extensive damage to a major support. Sam took extensive measurements and obtained exact replacement parts.He and his crew took care to complete the work in a timely fashion and did more then the contract specifyed.
