Edwin, Miguel and the rest of the crew were wonderful to work with. They are meticulous, courteous, prompt and have a strong sense of pride in their work. They renovated our garage, "hardscaped" our yard and fixed problems with our leaky basement, all within budget and on a faster pace/timeline than we expected. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

The Bonillas are a favorite in my neighborhood. After my father's death, I had my house totally renovated. I gave the Bonillas free reign to do what they wanted but I picked out the colors. My home was so beautiful that I could hardly believe my eyes. Then I had Miquel make raised beds, a meditation center in the back yard and a corral for the trash cans. He even made stairs up the hill to the water outlet. My husband retired from the trades and he said the price presented was exactly correct. He even told me to the penny what they would charge me so they were not overcharging. Undercharging would mean cheap products.

We hired Bonilla Construction to convert a detached garage into an apartment. They did an excellent job, which even impressed county inspectors. It was a big project, but in the end we had a well built, independent apartment to rent out. One thing I appreciated was there were no surprises on cost; they stuck to their estimate. While waiting for the many permits required to build in our historic district, we had them work on a few side projects — including shoring up a corner of our house’s foundation. All the projects were well done and the costs were as estimated. I would recommend this company for your construction projects.

I have relied on Bonilla construction for more than a decade for everything from major remissions to small homes tasks and they always do an excellent job! In addition to their great work, they are easy to work with. They communicate well, discuss all options, and keep you updated on their progress. I highly recommend working with this family- owned business.

These guys do everything and do it well. We had them finish our attic, repoint our house, paint, do landscaping. They are more expensive now that they are established, but still a very good value.
