Very impressed with Bone Dry. The experience was great from beginning to end from Ryan with the inspection and quote to Mike who oversaw the project. Communication was on time, the project was done quickly, efficiently and correctly. All workers were professional and cleanup afterwards was top notch. I would use Bone Dry again in an instant and have already recommended them to someone else looking for roof repair.

We qualified for a SC Safe Home Grant, and they were one of the Grant approved roofers that you could use. We had an excellent experience with them throughout the whole process. Bone Dry was very knowledgeable about the grant process and what needed to be submitted and when. Also, Bone Dry was able to work quickly within the deadlines of the grant, and they were also very helpful in finding the White shingles we wanted to use. The roof installation happened in one day while we were out of town, and we returned home to a new roof and no mess.
As per the SC Safe Home Grant, they took dozens of pictures of the reroofing process which they shared with us, and we could see the wood they replaced, how they laid the water/ heat shield, and even the nail spacing on the shingles. After the roofing was completed and we were home, our Project Manager Brandon came by to check in and make sure that we were happy with their work and that we were satisfied with our new roof.

My husband made an appointment for yesterday. The woman who set it up asked what kind of roof we have, my husband replied that it’s a metal roof and she went on to schedule the appointment.

The employee that was sent yesterday couldn’t do anything because he said they don’t deal with metal roofs! Why would you schedule for something that you don’t do ? Now we have worse weather and rain today, causing more damage to the attic.

What a waste of time ! If you don’t deal with metal roofs then why didn’t you say that and we could have already had another company that DOES.

On top of that before the employee left , he said to my husband “I’ll see what i can do” and then left and was not back in contact with him.

Bone Dry did an excellent job re-roofing a portion of the house and installed new architectural shingles as well as an ice and water shield underneath. Quotation, communication, punctuality, the actual job and cleanliness were excellent. I can highly recommend their service and Bone Dry will be our contractor of choice for future roofing jobs!

Called on Thursday as my wife and I realized we had lost a shingle on our roof during a wind storm. They scheduled a free inspection for the next day and Roy came to check things out. He was incredibly professional and did a full inspection inside the attic (even answered some other construction question/concerns I had about my home) before going up on the roof and inspecting things up there. Found only one shingle out of place and fixed it free of charge while also giving me other great recommendations. What a solid experience from a company doing it right! Will be back for any other roofing needs!

Bone Dry Roofing Company did an outstanding job of replacing my 19 year old roof with Owens Corning Duration Shingles with True Nail technology. Everyone from Craig Maynard, Residential Sales Manager, Brooke Nemecek, Client Manager, to Dallas and his crew were extremely helpful and very professional. The roof was replaced in one day and the crew was very thorough and provided excellent cleanup after the work was done. Dorian dropped a giant oak tree on our garage, crushing half of the structure. After receiving several estimates, we chose Bone Dry. Professional, totally. Sent Certificate of Insurance before even before coming to prepare the estimate. Clearly explained what they thought were the sources of the leaks and told me they could be a little off with how much work may be required. Could not fully know until areas were opened up. Went as expected. To be sure they had the most likely repair strategy another person was brought in to look things over. They made photos and did an excellent job. Showed up when they said they would, everything cleaned up. I strongly recommend their services.

Need more stars! The best experience!!! Everything was done when they said it would be. They communicated well and were on time every day and meetings. The roof looks awesome! I would recommend them above anyone else. I also wish I could use them for all my contracting needs.

Craig and his team did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. We are very pleased with the work that was done and impressed with the customer service that the company provides.
