I just recently switched from another insurance company and it was a very smooth transition. I worked with Dave and he was very patient in explaining all the details for me and seemed like he cared about getting the best rate and plan for me! It's very much appreciated!

We recently switched over to Bob Horton at State Farm in Bardstown, Kentucky. I’ve been a State Farm client since I was a teenager. we will most likely seek another ins. co. eventually. we have been state farm customers for many years & have used many or their services beyond just homeowners ins. we have never filed a major claim. we never gamed the system or tried to con state farm with bogus claims. a wind storm struck our area about a year ago doing major damage to our roof. state farm sent an adjustor out to survey damages. after it was all said & done they would not pay for a roof replacement, only partial. homes in my neighborhood with full replacements were all state ins. years or being loyal customers. years or being decent & good people who never gamed state farm. didn't matter. they failed us.
