My two close neighbors had their roofs replaced by BluSky. Each had a very good experience dealing with the company and enjoyed excellent results. When it was time for us to replace our skylight and roof, it was an easy decision to go with BluSky. Joel, our representative, was very easy to work with, answering all our questions and providing options for all our needs, and was extremely clear on every step of the process. Blusky inspected our roof which we knew was at the end of it's life. Once we had our estimate and put down-payment the process of our roof replacement was a smooth transition. Ty helped us pick the kind of roof that we needed without over selling.

Had a small roof leak and had a number of companies out to assess the condition of my roof. The solutions and options varied from no issues to entire new roof. Frustrating. A friend recommended Keith at BluSky and I reached out. Keith returned my call promptly and had his top evaluator, Ty, out to see me the same day, Ty explained the issues and came up with a plan and a cost for the work. Ty was the only one of the 7 estimators who mentioned that a piece of metal sheeting was missing and thus my soffit was not secure. It was on a part of the house that you cannot see from the ground. I appreciated his attention to detail.
BluSky has complete the work including replacing the missing metal. Additionally upon entering the attic and seeing the structure they decided to not seal off some vents as originally planned and reduced my invoice accordingly. I will be using BluSky in the future.

I actually reached out to BluSky to get some help finishing the installation of a radon mitigation system. I installed everything except the 22 ft exterior pipe, which required someone who is comfortable on an extension ladder to lift and put into place. Excellent! From the first time I contacted the company until after completion, Keith always responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. After the project was finished, he checked in to make sure we liked the final result. We chose him for a few reasons: he was never pushy,..trying to sell us things we did not need; and his honesty. We had the entire roof, gutters, and siding inspected on our new home we purchased. The crew was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and shared tips and tricks to make our exterior home last. We were expecting everything to be needed replacement and even when our project only turned into one small top missing piece of siding. The company never walked away. They continued to work with us and got the project done promptly and cost effective. We are a condo association that consists of 8 buildings and 32 units. We are extremely pleased with the work performed by BluSky . They replaced all roofs, gutters and skylights in less than 2 weeks. They arrived promptly by 7 a.m. each morning and worked until 8 p.m. or later. We were very impressed with the teamwork displayed among the workers. After some storm damage this Spring, we contacted Blu Sky to inspect the damage and replace our roof. The communication was great and the whole process went smoothly start to finish. The crew started early around 6 AM and were finished around 7 PM. They took some extra time going around the yard and cleaning debris and looking for nails. Most importantly, the roof looks great! The best way I can describe Blu Sky is WOW! After my poor roof took quite a beating from an intense storm last summer, I had really struggled to find a roofing company who could help. I had talked to 4-5 other companies and none really seemed interested in doing the repair my insurance approved. Until I called Blu Sky. Keith, the owner, reached out to me within the hour of inquiry. He had someone out on my property that same day to do an inspection. We recently hired BluSky to replace our roof and gutters. Keith, who is the owner of BluSky, was great to work with. He responded in a timely fashion, was very patient while we waited to hear from insurance company on if we indeed had storm damage or not and walked us through all of the options relative to our budget. He also coordinated schedules with the company that painted our wood trim so that there was minimal time in between when our old gutters came down, the trim was painted and our new gutters went up. We were unable to be present the day our old roof came off and the new one was installed. Our neighbor was working in his yard that day and said the guys working our roof were friendly and kept things tidy despite shingle removal not being a necessarily neat process. Other than a couple bundles of unused shingles, which Keith gave me the heads up that they would be picked up the next morning, I could barely tell anyone had been there. Aside from the new roof, of course. My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof, gutters and the quality of work. We won’t hesitate to use BluSky again for future projects!

I can't say enough about Keith and the team at BluSky. We had a small job that needed done quickly and really wasn't worth it for most companies. I reached out to BluSky and discussed what I needed as well as the time frame. Keith went out of his way to fit me in his schedule and make a trip to evaluate our roof the same evening. From the intial contact with Keith to the finish line was A+ all the way!
Keith is a very down to Earth person who quickly responded to my request for an estimate. He displays impeccable professionalism with replies to text and email in a timely fashion and meeting him gave my wife and I a "this is a good guy" feeling. The installers are very conscientious workers with great work ethics. My hat is off to anyone who can put nearly 12 hours into this type of work. They were very mindful of removal/debris and final clean up. Highly recommend!

Honesty.....you just can’t beat it.

I met with the owner about my roof leaking. During his initial visit he found the issue and fixed it on the spot. While preforming this assessment he checked my whole roof and provided me valuable feed back about it’s condition. Then let me know what I could expect in the future.......Obvious up sell right?......Wrong! He was not pushy nor overbearing in any way and just provided me with a lot of great information and educated me on things to look for going forward.

In November of 2019 my roof developed a leak at one of our roof vent pipes. I called a major contractor and they said it would be a minimum of $1,000 to come out and look at it. I then called Mr. Grywalski, he came out the next day and fixed the leak and also put a boot cover over another of my vent pipes all for a quarter of the other contractors minimum estimate.
