We had our gutters replaced and we are extremely pleased with the work done, thank you to Denny, Eric and Jordan and crew!!! We love it!

Eric came out and estimated our gutters, it was reasonable and they were quick getting me scheduled, Jordan and his team did great work installing our gutters.

Eric was our salesman, these guys came out and did a great job installing our gutters and keeping our yard clean. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutter work.

I really appreciate the work Bluegrass Rain Gutters did for me at my home! Jordan quickly fixed the problem and then helped me check the rest of my downspouts to make sure they were securely fastened to my underground drainage pipes. I felt like they cared about my property and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend using them! Their pricing and time frame to do the work was reasonable unlike some of their competitors I called for help.

At this point we cannot provide a positive review. New gutters were installed in late February and were falling off the building within a month. We had noticed they looked dented or bent, but did not pay much attention until our roofing crew alerted us that we needed new gutters, to which we laughed and said "they are brand new". When they showed us the drone images we stopped laughing and contacted the sales team for BlueGrass Rain Gutters April 14th. They replied within a few hours. On the 17th we reached out again as we had not had any further contacts. A quick reply came saying Friday or Monday they would be out. On Tuesday the 22nd we reached out again saying no one has stopped by to fix the gutters. A two man crew arrived early Wednesday morning on the 23rd to fix them and left without making any contact...the job was not done. We were able to have them come back and shared what needed to be done: Attach to the top plate vs just the thin siding in front and back; make the downspout holes bigger so as to stop overflowing and causing water to come into the building at the front door. When the roofing crew (which also do gutters) arrived back Monday morning, they said they are going to go ahead and re-attach our gutters on the back side of the building. I laughed again saying they were just here to fix them last week and that joke is getting old. But it was no joke, we walked outside and they showed me that the gutters were not fixed or were falling off again.

We are very pleased with our results from Bluegrass Rain Gutters. They did great work and had our gutters fixed within a week of calling them. Would recommend and use again.

Bluegrass Rain Gutters did a wonderful job on my replacement. They were quick to respond. Gave options and estimates without pressure. Had a quick turn around to get the replacement done.

Denny was very easy to get ahold of and quick to get us on his schedule. His crew showed up on time were and very polite and quick to get the job done.

I had attempted to call several gutter companies. Either no one answered their phone, nor did they return my calls. One company came but never returned the quote.
I contacted Bluegrass and Denny answered his phone! Came out to review the work, provided me with a reasonably priced quote. His crew were polite, worked hard in the cold weather and I am completely satisfied with the work performed.
