Terry did two home inspections for us, and I couldn't be happier with his work! He was thorough, clearly explained all the issues found during the inspection, and sent out the finalized report that day. He even did both inspections on short notice due to our quick closing date, which was very appreciated. The software used for payment and document deliver was also easy to use, presented information clearly, and it was easy to create a repair list based directly on the findings in the inspection report - it made the entire inspection process a breeze.

Terry is the most professional and thorough inspector I have worked with. I would recommend him to any and everyone needing a home inspection or radon testing. To add another reason to use him is he served this country proudly. Always love supporting our veterans.

Terry was very professional and thorough while doing our inspection. While you don’t have to be present for the inspection he offered to for us to come out the last 30 minutes of the inspection and do a walk through of the house with him. We received the inspection report within 24 hours that included not only detailed written descriptions and pictures but videos as well. We will definitely be using Terry for any future home inspections!

We had an exceptional experience with Terry! From the beginning, he was thorough and informative, clearly explaining the inspection process. He encouraged us to join him at the property for the last 30 minutes of the inspection, which we found incredibly helpful.

To our surprise, Terry identified significant issues with the pillars under the home—concerns we had completely missed despite a recent inspection by a structural engineer who had given us the all-clear. Inspector was very knowledgeable And made himself very easy to understand. Inspector went through the house room by room explaining what His attention they’re in the inspection taken the time to fully explain what he Found in what it meant for the potential homeowner. It was very obvious that the inspector was very well organized and very respectful for the current homeowner wearing plastic booties on his feet and cleaning up well after himself. In full disclosure, I knew Terry from his previous job. He was always systematic and meticulous in his work. Excellent Service. Had to spend extra time because tenants were in the way but time was taken to explain in great detail the issues with the property and guesstimating potential costs in the future and excellent reference material for future use if we purchase the property.

Minuteman… let me take a minute… man… to write this review, because I don’t have enough time to say all of the positive things that I need to about their service. Terry, our inspector was extremely thorough and has saved our skin not once but twice.

My wife and I have been on the market to buy a home for nearly two years, trying to find a home that we’d love. We had put an offer in on a house, and it turned out to not be so livable. Without minuteman, we would have made a decision that would have costs us more than we could have afforded.

Then, we find a second home! The inspection comes back great! Yet, there are still a few things that need work, doable and not concerning. With it being a new construction, we now know the foundation is healthy, the house was well built, and attention to detail was not abandoned, unlike a lot of new builds these days.

Just had a 50 year old home inspected by Terry. He got us in quickly was very helpful and professional. It was affordable and so thorough. Would recommend him to anyone and if we need these services again we will definitely use him.

Just had another home inspection done by Terry and as always he did a phenomenal job. This home was new construction so there weren’t any major damages but Terry was able to find some defects that in the long term could’ve been major issues.
