We had ARC put a gabled roof where there was a flat roof before and increase the pitch of another flat roof. They reroofed our entire house (metal roof), and they installed gutters and new windows. Our total invoice with ARC is in the $20,000 range. The owner, Bobby, and his worker, Brian, were always friendly and helpful. We didn't talk to the other assistants as much, but they were always respectful. We have had them come back out to fix gutters after the gutters pulled out from snow and ice. The roof and windows were done in 2015. Everything has seemingly been good work. In some cases they did extra work I wasn't expecting. With some of the windows I was planning to redo the trim to better match the rest of the house. They offered to do it even though the upgrade wasn't part of the contract. When I compare to other contractors that I had to continuously follow to make sure they were doing what they said they would do, I consider ARC to be superior. I have recommended ARC to friends, and Bobby has been quick and courteous to them too.

Advanced Roofing and Construction was recommended to me by a colleague when I had some storm damage. The job required a complete reroof and ceiling demo and replacement. Having previous history in the construction business, I am what one of my friends called "the customer that I would never want to work for." I know what to look for and am not afraid to point out flaws.

Working with contractors in KY has been a nightmare. They never show up, never return calls, I have had them show up and borrow a tape measure because they didn't bring one, then not call back, etc. Bobby was opposite all of those things.

Bobby was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. He returned my calls and acted quickly when needed.

His roofing subcontractor, Bull did an outstanding job on the roof. I have walked it three times looking for flaws. There are none. They identified problems and fixed them. There were no nails anywhere around the house when they walked away.

The guys that work directly for Bobby are polite and trustworthy. I was never afraid to leave knowing that they were in our home. They did NOT do what many do: smoke just outside the door (leaving the smell in the house), leave paint all over our grass, or use foul language.

I always say that in construction, the most gratifying jobs are the ones that look like you were never there. The work completed by Advanced Roofing and Construction are just that. They hung the ceiling properly, painted the walls sufficiently, caulked all the necessary places, and thoroughly cleaned the areas that necessitated it.

I had seen some roof work that this company had done in the past and called them up to get an estimate on my hail damaged roof. Their quote was far less expensive than everyone else. I hired them to replace my roof. They had my roof completely redone in one day leaving no mess behind for me to pick up. My neighbor had them redo their roof after seeing mine. I later had them install new windows as well. I have recommended them to several friends in which have been very pleased with their work.
