Sean Kingery Award Winning Homes

Just wanted to say thanks to Sean and his team for our beautiful custom home. The whole process was amazing and truly is a dream come true for us. We relocated here from California. We visted Richmond several times to look at homes for sale and speak with builders. Lets just say luxury does not mean here what it means other places. One of the homes we loved at the Bull golf course was not for sale but the home owners were nice enough to let us look around and gave us Sean's info. We were amazed by all the millwork and how luxurious everything was. It did take a little while to get our first meeting, but after our intial meeting we purchaed a small farm outside of Lexington to build on. Sean was able to design our home over zoom with us while we were in California. Took about 2 months of zoom meetings to complete the design and pick everything out. Pricing was all up front too. Process is very thorough but we knew everything was exactly how we wanted it. Construction started and that was my first introduction to the crazy Kentucky weather. Sean kept us updated the entire time. It was fun to see the designs come to life. The construction process took about 15 months but we love that noone else has all the handmade millwork we have. I'm still finding neat little details. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They stay pretty booked out but if your lucky enough to get on his schedule do not hesitate!
