Yep.. I was overweight, and they was mad at me for it. Forklift driver told me not to talk that he already know what to do. Lmao.

After all the disrespect I went back to the front and this guy had a kung fu thumb press on the scale receipt and was mad still
Lmao.

Very fast! Go to the weight scale then check in. Then a forklift driver will lead you where to get loaded. Took less than an hour to be loaded.

Said my load was 45k ibs and It was 48870. Made me almost 5k ibs over on my trailer axles. Making it difficult for me to slide my rear axle back.

Also not to mention not so friendly staff.

I own and operate a music studio that teaches kids, and adults, how to play an instrument. We have just under 40 students at present and employ 9 instructors. I am remodeling a 900 square foot studio for my business. After getting samples of their MLV and fiberboard, I emailed a regional sales rep through their company website 2 times, with no response, and finally called to get someone on the phone. I had also seend that you could get an STC rating done of your projects walls through a software that they have. After speaking directly with a sales rep, at length, about the job, the business, the studio etc...he asked me to email him my construction details of the walls so he could use their software to perform an STC rating and send me the results. He also said that he would connect me directly to a construction outfit that could supply me with their products as they didn't sell directly to the end user. I was super pleased with his level of professionalism over the phone. Months later and several emails later this sales rep completely turned around on his story and said:

"We sell thru distribution channels. Distribution sells to contractors. Below are some distributors in your area that may be able to direct you to contractors. Good luck with this.

We do not model SCT ratings for retail users (homeowners). That is done only for large commercial applications and projects. Sorry if I misled you."

To say I am disgusted with this company is an understatement!

Picked up here (flatbed) and they had me loaded pretty fast. The lift operators were friendly. There is parking outside the gate before the scale house.

Was getting loaded today and everything was going great fast and easy until their fork driver
"Paul William" ripped a 6 foot chunk out of my tarp while putting it on with that bar. I Asked the guys there to atleast try and fix or patch it, but was threatened with a $500 restocking fee by "Robert Smith" their Logistics coordinator. Funny how these guys destroy my equipment, then have the audacity to try and charge me $500.

First time loading here. I load today the 17th day of October and was quick in and out. Very professional people there, from the guard at scale to forklift loader and back to scale everything went smoothly. There’s no way they can dispatch you overweight, they have their own scale and they even allow me to check weight on each axle, which was a plus for me since doing it avoid me to go to the Pilot and used the scale, saving me 12 DLLS for breakfast. God bless their business , been them blessed and prospered, will help us with more loads. God bless America!!!! Blessings.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
