We experienced hail damage inMarch.Blue Ladder came to us highly recommended.They were very professional and handled everything from start to finish.They contacted our insurance company helped schedule the appointment for the adjuster, and help us pick out shingle style and colors,ordered everyting and set the install date.The crew was fantastic.Took care not to disturb our landscaping and finished the job without delay.The whole process from start to finish took less tha a month.Quality is fantastic.

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents as they aren’t tech savvy enough to do this - I wasn’t involved in the process much. From what they told me, someone came to the house one day and asked if they could do a free inspection. A few weeks later, we were getting a new roof which was mostly covered by insurance. Overall, they did a great job and even though I was personally iffy about the fact that they just came up to the house, my dad said they “felt like good people” so we employed them. Definitely very happy with the new roof and the fact that we won’t have any leaks or holes in the ceiling. Thank you blue ladder!

They were very friendly answered all my questions was on time and truthful letting me know that my roof did not need any work most people say you got this and that wrong with your roof because they know you can't see it and then you pay them to work I would recommend them because they're very nice people and honest
