I was originally happy with the job that Austin and his crew did with replacing my roof and also putting up Hardie board. After about a year it was evident that his crew messed up the Hardie board installation. The silicone caulk they usedoozed out of the nail holes and produced white blotches behind the gray background. After 20 plus phone calls and texts urging Austin to fix it. He came out and had a guy rubbed down the spots which looked better but the following year the white spots all came back. I've tried reaching out to him several times and he will not pick up the phone. His crew also messed up on my roof where the chimney meets the roof and there was a large gap there. Austin would never pick up the phone so I had to have a different roofing company come out and fix it for $900. He seems very nice and charming and may do a good job for you. But if you have any issues based on my experience, he's very unreliable. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who's more established in the area. All of his websites have phone numbers that no longer work and there's no physical address that's accurate. Proceed with caution.
