Horrible workmanship!!!! Complete scam artist!!! He charged an elderly woman $400 to turn on two basic swamp coolers WITHOUT changing the pads,without cleaning the bottom,without making sure the coolers were NOT leaking!!! The pads have visible mold! He didnt tell her or recommend new pads. Then when he was called out he claims that's what SHE wanted to pay him!!! Stay far away we have filed a claim as well as police report!! She also was NOT given any paperwork or receipts!!!! This business is NOT BBB accredited. Hopefully this review stays up this time!!!!! We would give -5 star if possible
