The awning of our Promaster camper was damaged back in May and we called RV One to schedule the installation of the replacement. They were pleasant enough to talk to during that initial call, taking down all our information, the exact model of the awning, etc. We were told we'd get a call when it arrived and we'd schedule the installation at that time.

A month goes by — no phone call. I call them. "Uhhh, well here's the problem, looks like no one actually ordered your awning. We'll get that order in today."

Another 3-4 weeks go by. No call. I call them. "What's your name again? I'm not seeing anything... let me call you back." No call back.

At this point there is no chance I am going to trust this place to perform a competent repair if they can't keep track of basic customer paperwork. It's now been over 4 months since that initial phone call and I've never heard from them again.

This place is a hot mess. I bought a 2022 Rockwood and their certified technician installed a TV mount in the bedroom, and the screws went right though the back wall. I am a seasonal at a campground (live in NC for winter, VT for summer), and they wanted to keep my camper for a month to send it to a fiberglass specialist to fix the holes. What!?!?!! I live in it. So I came back from NC in April to bring the camper to them to fix all issues before May when my campground opens. They eventually sent the camper away to get the holes fixed but never addressed any of the other issues, never answered their phone or return voicemail messages. Robert is extremely passive and will tell you one thing (what you want to hear) and then do nothing. I had one certified technician spend 4 hours trying to come up with a solution for the TV mount because they didn't want to put more holes in the wall after they got fixed. 4 hours. No solution. So my brother fixed it for me. Another certified technician installed a slide topper incorrectly the first time, so now it collects water, and they will not replace it because Robert said he doesn't ever receive authorization. Wrong! We sat in a meeting together to discuss the awning that never worked, so he was told to order a new fabric as well (the door had been rubbing on it) and he never did!! No customer support. Horrible, horrible. So frustrating. You will regret buying from them. Just don't do it. I had buyer's remorse from the get go. Do not purchase anything from here. Do not bring anything to be serviced here. You will spend all of your time calling them...checking on them and waiting for them. It is a full time job making sure they are doing their full time job. They get paid whether your camper is fixed or not at the end of the day. Just don't do it.

I asked about stopping by on my way through and they were willing to check out or RV. Got another appointment coming up so hopefully that goes as well

Don't go here if you ever think you'll need service. When we bought our 2023 Rockwood Minilight 5016s, we discovered before we even left that there were scorch marks in our brand-new microwave. After assurances that they would make it right, we left with the camper (big mistake) and never heard from them again. I emailed and called the service manager several times and got zero response. I finally emailed the GM and did eventually get an email from the service manager who said they were going to ship a new microwave to our residence. It's been 6 months and I haven't seen a microwave yet! They also did not fill out the paperwork correctly so that there was no lien on the camper and the title came to me. I've since had to spend a couple hours straightening this out with the bank. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere, better yet. buy a used camper!

Buying an RV here was a bad idea. They broke the RV during the demo, then hastily fixed it before they left at 5p. As soon as we hitched up afterwards, we found out the corner marker lights are also now not functioning. Wouldn't let us have a different, non-damaged unit. Now we're stuck with a trailer that has an increasing number of issues. Whatever you do, don't buy from here if you're out of state and can't travel back to make them fix their mistakes.

11/23 update on 2nd service, service prompt and as planned service manager Robert and tech damian are easy to work with. Will go back again

The service was excellent. Robert the service manager kept me informed and answered all my questions. The mechanics Damian and Sam greeted me when I dropped off my rig and were very helpful with the recommended maintenance. Allen in parts was super easy to talk to. This is the way a service center should be. GREAT SERVICE!

This location performed NO SERVICES. Arranged for 5th wheel in March for earliest available appt. on 2 Aug. Despite multiple calls to an ever-changing number of service people (3 quit in 4 months) the parts weren't there on arrival. After a stay of a month, NONE of three issues were fixed and none of the items needed for repair were ordered. They do not return phone calls or emails, even when copied to the owner/manager.

We went there to look a piece for our camper that we bought new.So we go in and a man took us to the area where they are setting up a store for buying things for your campers.My wife found an item that would work asked the man for a price check..He didnt give us one.He said you could go up to our other building just up the road He even walked out and closed the door while we were still looking .We went up and those folks were very busy. At least they tried but couldnt find thevitem.So we went up the road to Mellkeson.They helped us and gave us a price on the same item we asked the other dealer for.They were very helpful

One of the worst places too get my camper serviced. Had my camper for 2.5 month's and still did not correct the issues. My camper was purchased last year. They do not return phone calls. Buy your camper somewhere else. It was good when it was Country Camper. Big company take over with no help. RV ONE IS LAME.

Helpful, but sold me wrong part, now I'm 2200mi away. Hopefully can return it at another RV One location since I won't be back to Vermont.

Very helpful got actually they should have had little problem with it fit right but they made it right no complaints with them whatsoever
