I could not recommend Autowerks and the service that Pat provides more highly, and I have never had such high quality service from any automotive establishment. He took care of complicated repairs on two electric cars, while demonstrating a high level of expertise in issues related to electric vehicles, and while expertly communicating and negotiating with the insurance company to get the very best results. Additionally, Pat and his wife are genuinely lovely people who it was a pleasure to meet and do business with!

I hit a deer and Pat worked seamlessly with my insurance company to build an estimate, then worked fast to get me back on the road. My car looks great, runs great, and he gave me tips and insight on other things to be mindful of with my car. I am grateful to Pat and his team for 5 star customer service experience.

If your looking here for a body shop,look no further! Had a minor accident that destroyed my door. Chose Pat at Autowerks and so glad that I did. Car looks like it's ready for the showroom floor. Pat and his crew went out of his way to replace and paint my chipped hood which was unrelated to the accident. Even more he polished my head lights at no extra cost! Best body shop hands down. Will never go anywhere but here for now on!

Very honest and truthful owner. Advocated for more work needed to be done to my car than initially, virtually estimated by adjuster. Insisted, recommended onsight field adjustment and was successful. Work exceeded expectations and done within timely fashion. Highly recommended.

A tree limb crushed my Subaru Outback roof and rear windshield in a storm -- Pat at Autowerks gave the quickest estimated turnaround time of any shop in the area and did a great job. It was a pleasure working with them to get this fixed and they even fixed an unrelated scrape on my car at no additional charge. The price was fair and the repair quality was excellent. Would recommend Autowerks to anyone.

We got into a fender bender and we were simply going to go to the dealer to have it repaired, but instead called auto works from an online search. We could not have been more satisfied and pleased with the friendly manner and professional work that was done on our car. Not only are Pat and Jeannie the nicest people in the world but the bodywork that was finished on the car was impeccable. Seriously, the car looks brand new and it’s 12 years old! Additionally, Pat took complete care of us by dealing with the insurance company and making the best deal possible. Cannot recommend this place enough. This place is a jewel!

Could not be happier with the job Autowerks did repairing my Subaru after a collision. As mentioned in other reviews, Pat negotiated hard with the insurance company to get missing parts replaced with Subaru components not generic. Pat did an amazing job matching the color of the car, repainting the entire side of the car to make the car look like new. Pat and Jeannie are kind, prompt, and honest. I enthusiastically recommend Autowerks Paint and Collision!

Pat repaired my car after a slide in the snow. He towed the car to his shop, worked with Geico on an inspection, and did an excellent job with the repairs. He pushed the Geico adjuster to fix more than they originally estimated, for example getting the front bumper replaced rather than replaced. He was communicative and responsive throughout and the car looks great now.

Entrusted my S5 Audi ( deer hit ) to Autowerks because of the good feeling I got after meeting Pat. I was right, Autowerks completed job on time and car came out in showroom condition including the interior being detailed. Can’t give enough praise to Pat.

Pat was so great! Great communication, went above and beyond and my car looks better than it did BEFORE I hit the deer! I would recommend him to anyone needing body work or paint. Not to mention he's genuinely just a great guy.

Pat and his crew at Autowerks Paint & Collision are simply the best. I had a little fender bender that mangled my driver side door and fender and within a week, Autowerks had me back on the road, looking as good as it did when I bought the car. Not only are they fair and do excellent body work, they stay true to when they tell you'll they will have it done. Great people to do business with! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!! Someone backed into my winter car, a 2007 Honda CRV. They not only replaced my door and painted but were able to fix the back end of my car, which had damage from previous owner, at such a great price!! My car looks like new!! So happy with their work!!

Autowerks were great. I called after hitting a deer the owner was able to get me in to look at the car that day. We scheduled my repair he said five days and he had it done in 2.5 and the work is great cannot tell that I deer hit my passenger side. Would use and recommend them.

Read all the other 5 Star reviews and I would agree with them. Pat did a wonderful job on my car after being rear ended. He made sure that the parts used were original Honda parts as opposed to cheaper knock off's. Of course the insurance company wants to payout as little as possible I was very comfortable the repairs were done right with the right parts. It was clear that Pat was working for me instead of the insurance company.

They took care of everything! From towing it to their shop to working with my insurance company-fantastic service! The body work was exceptional and the whole process was as easy as could be! Fabulous communication with prompt replies and updates every step of the way. The work is flawless and the car looks better than when it was damaged. They truly went above and beyond!

Autowerks did great work for me after I was hit in a parking lot. Pat and his team got me a new front door, rear door, fender, and new paint. They were incredibly kind to me as I was overwhelmed and everything was very fairly priced. They talked me through the whole process and finished the job in a matter of days. Pat provided a complete estimate, explaining his philosophy of asking for original Honda parts and was in contact through the destruction/parts acquisition/reconstruction. That’s very helpful to a customer working around the loss of a vehicle! And as a bonus, he was generous with the pallets I wanted that were stacked at his shop! Autowerks has not only fixed my car--Pat and team have done so with above & beyond service, care for the quality of the car, and quickly. I had been rear-ended and also had paint damage on the front of the car. Autowerks fixed all of it and made my car sparkle more afterward than it did when it was new. I am so touched, and highly impressed by the work and professionalism, and--agree with other reviews--the honesty of the owner. He is willing to discuss a repair completely and to be upfront about all aspects of it and share progress. Complete follow-up to make sure I'm happy with the car, and fair about negotiating price with the insurance situation. Also kindly drove me to the rental car place on a cold day because rental company didn't offer rides the day I dropped my car off at Autowerks. This is a pleasant, trustworthy, and exceptional body shop. I couldn't recommend it more.

My boyfriend and I I unfortunately hit a deer and have a terrible insurance company. We got sent to this shop and they were the absolute most nice people in town.
They went above and beyond to handle our insurance company, make calls, followed up with us on the daily. We were on a bit of a time line to get this work done and he did it for us no questions asked and EVEN saved us money!!!

Unfortunately we moved out of town and can only hope to god we find someone like this company in our new hometown.

But if you are in the Bennington area and need body work done on your car or truck, I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE ELSE other then these guys!!!

I can't say enough positive things about Autowerks. The owner, Pat, and the receptionist at the front desk are both true professionals and all-around good people! I took my car to Autowerks to have the hood repainted. Pat discovered an issue that he suspected should have been covered by the factory warranty. It turns out he was right, and as a result I had to have the dealer in Albany do the work instead. Pat's integrity is so high that he was willing to send the business away in order to save me money! While I was there, Autowerks replaced my windshield moldings as well. They did an excellent job. I'll never go anywhere else for body work!

We originally brought a Subaru WRX that had an unfortunate meeting with a piece of gravel, chipping the paint. We couldn’t have been more impressed by the professional job done to match the paint and repair the damage. The car looked like new when it was done. We were so impressed that we brought our Audi Allroad over that had some bumper damage from a previous owner and had Pat take a look. Again, our expectations were exceeded and the bumper looks like brand new again. It’s never a happy time to have to bring a vehicle in to fix damage, but Pat makes the process seamless and the quality of his work cannot be beat. We will continue to use Autowerks for any work we might need in the future.

Repair from rear end collision. Job was perfect!...Pat handled insurance claim & kept me advised on progress. Work was completely as soon as parts came in. No complaints, would use them again.

My 17 year old had his driver's side gashed real well a week ago. WITHIN A WEEK, Autowerks got the car, replaced the doors, fixed the frame, welded the damage and made it good as new. So friendly, communicative, fair priced, and HONEST. I can prove it too check my photos for before and after. 5 out of 5.

I had warranty work to be done on all 5 doors on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep dealership in town recommended this place, and I’m so grateful they did! Pat when out of his way to ensure I understood all the steps he would do to correct the issues with the paint. The work was done in a timely manner and I’m happy to say my Jeep looks better then new! I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Pat and his people did a great job restoring rear-end collision damage on my Honda CR-V. Pat took time to go over details of the repair, explaining the work that would be done and then they did it and delivered the finished job ahead of schedule.

I have a 2010 Toyota camry bumper bearly hanging on , upper and lower grill gone , fog light busted and hanging by a thread, headlight gone . over $1500 in parts . got a quote from different places lowest lowest price was $2300 and change. Heard about Pat at Autowerks from a buddy so went and saw him told him my situation with money and time being a huge issue for me . He gave me an amazing deal on his labor $1750 parts and labor !!! This guy doesn't know me But treated me so well and save me Close to $700 plus he had my for less than 48 hours and did a phenomenal job !! If you need bodywork done definitely see Pat at Autowerks in Bennington Vt !!

I've had three cars detailed here and I plan to keep coming back. Today was our Jaguar XK8. They do a good job and, they're fast, friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service with quality work & professionalism. They fought on my behalf to increase the insurance estimate to cover quality parts and paint instead of accepting the job be done with aftermarket parts, which I would’ve never have known the difference if it wasn’t for their customer service to explain to me why I wanted to have manufacturing parts on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. They look out for the customer, they wanna do the job right!
