One of the rare contractors that provided a scope of work for the exterior repairs, rather than a vague/non-specific estimate. Communication in terms of when the workers are finished needs improvement, otherwise, very satisfied with the end results, and the responsiveness and professionalism by the owner.
What a good job these guys did! After a few supply issues and a small communication gap (I prefer calls to text or emails). Our project was completed. Tyler was easy to work with, and the crew (Bobby, Andrew and Kevin) worked through some of the hottest days this year to complete our house. Their professionalism and workmanship are top notch. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it on the first day and worked their plan to completion. I would recommend Blue City Exteriors to any of my friends and neighbors without hesitation.
