Bliss Construction

Bliss construction does not deliver on their promises, they quoted a price for work and then did not come through with installation of all products that were ordered and when questioned about the fall thru they would only make excuses as to why. Then refused to fulfill order which was already paid for. If you want a company that will deliver on only part of what you pay for then use bliss construction.

We ordered a garage door from Bliss Construction, Inc. PO Box 80710 Fairbanks, AK. 99708 on 08/16/2023. We paid in full for the door on 10/17/2023. The installation started on 10/12/2023, they had to come back on about 10/24/2023 to add the braces to the track. We ordered and paid for 3 windows to be installed in the door, which they repeatedly said they had them in stock. We started to have trouble with the door opening all the way, We notified them 4 times about the opening issue and no windows yet. They responded every time verbally or by email, but never showed up to correct the issue or install the windows. Now they say no windows in stock and we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to arrive. Now 04/02/2024 they say we are a bad customer wanting what we paid for over 5 months ago. We had to fix the issue with the door ourselves, so obviously the warranty is no good. From 08/16/2023 till now 04/04/2024 they have done nothing to correct either issue.
