Blackwell Roofing was recommended to my by a friend. They were competitive in pricing and we selected them. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the roof. Then a year later, we had a water spot. I called Scott and he came right out. Within 10 minutes, he had it resolved. He showed me the before and after pictures of where he sealed. He did not charge me and then it hit me... The seal was the furnace vent to the cowling. It WAS NOT THE ROOF. The leak had nothing to do with his work and not only did he not point that out, but he didn't charge me. I am very impressed. This issue was not his fault or problem and he was just glad to fix it. There are not many people that would do that these days. I highly recommend Blackwell Roofing.

What a pleasure to work with a locally owned and operated company. These guys are like working with family.
