Installed 4 skylights, which leaked from day 1. After multiple attempts to reflash them, they stopped leaking for a year, but are back to leaking. A different Velux certified installer indicated that the wrong flashing kits were used in the install and that the skylights were glued to the framing kits, which invalidated any warranty. So three years after install, the skylights need to be replaced completely. The only good news is that the new contractor charged me about half of what Blackrock did, so I would not recommend Blackrock for price or quality.
