We’ve worked with these guys in the past and it ended successfully. Honest, and to the point, which is what I look for when partnering with another company on a project. Jack and Hayden are always trying to be helpful and I believe I can trust what they say. All around a great team!

I recently used this company for a roofing job in Gilbert. I met the owner on the tour of open homes within the community in San Tan Valley a few months back. The owner was very professional and had excellent communication skills. He had a vast knowledge of what he does and even spent the time with myself and others The process of rebuilding or even repairing a roof. It was pretty amazing and all of us were educated that day. You can tell he has the love of a father in the heart of a teacher. I stand behind this company and I won’t use anybody els!

I came to deal with Black Wolf Roofing in the most peculiar way. I own a property in Surprise that
was rented by my husband for about 8 years. It was not in bad shape but it wasn’t treated with TLC, if I can say that.
I lived there since July 2023 & started doing projects on it, did not intend to touch the roof as it looked intact & there were no leaks whatsoever inside or outside the property.
Suddenly as I started looking into selling it, I found that a few front roof tiles were broken so I got a recommendation for a roofer from my realtor as well as other friends, I was planning to fix the broken part ONLY.
Last Tuesday morning, I was driving back from work ( night shift) & I saw a truck driving that read:
BLACK WOLF ROOFING.
I got hike and started looking into the company and check reviews & BBB rating, it looked great.
I called and spoke with Maddie, their : Production coordinator who was knowledgeable and I asked about a quote. I had a visit from Jordan Thomas.

Jordan came to the house, we did a walk through & I expressed to him my budget restrictions.
He gave me his professional input and said that he has to go up to check things out.
He did go on the roof, spent quite some time and then came back with pictures that revealed that the original roof (from 1999) was damaged and there a bunch of leaks in different areas, to my chagrin.
I decided to go through with it, his team brought e materials on Wednesday early morning & worked all day (was a tough, hot AZ day), came back again early today and completed the project.

I walked out yesterday and looked around, they had removed the old roof totally, placed a protective layer, came back today & completed the job.

Jordan came & walked with me & showed me what was done & everything looks brand new & up to code. I also got pictures for the new roof.

Jordan is a professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy young man and I enjoyed my interactions with him as well as I trusted him and he delivered.

I am going to give their contact number to all my friends because they did an exceptional job.

Black Wolf Roofing just completed a foam roof on a new shed and patio extension. The first attempt on the shed was not up to their standards so they continued to work on it until they were satisfied. We are very pleased with the finished work and were very impressed with their desire to not leave us with less than 100% satisfaction.

I enjoyed the experience I had with black wolf. Sheri was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up our appointment. Her personality alone was enough to make me feel comfortable in working with them. Jordan was also very patient and thorough in his search for our leak. He also showed us plenty of pictures of the roof and assured us of no leak. He also gave us a bit of history on the roof that we did not know of prior to purchasing the home which was neat. Overall my entire experience was great and I will continue to work with them in the future.

Everything was stellar from the scheduling to the service. Sheri was so sweet and professional in setting everything up. Was the kind of interaction that immediately brightens up your day. Jordan came right on time for the scheduled service and was very thorough in checking every possibility for the roof leak. He explained everything very clearly and was able to find the issue. Thankfully, it turned out to be a malfunctioning sprinkler that was aimed toward the roof by the entrance. Nonetheless, I am completely sold on the Black Wolf Roofing experience and will be sticking with them for any roofing needs in the future.

Highly recommend Black Wolf Roofing! We had a few roof tiles replaced. Great communication and scheduling was easy. They sent photos of the damaged tiles and updated photos when the work was completed. We will absolutely be using them in the future again.

They just replaced my old beat up roof. I was really impressed with the final product. They also removed the swamp cooler and solar water heater that had been disconnected since before we bought the house. They were able to patch up the holes and get rid of the liability. The new roof looks great and it sounds like they have a really good warranty. I was surprised with how expensive roofs are now. I got three bids and I wouldn't say they were cheap but they were competitive on pricing and did a great job.

We are so grateful to Black Wolf Roofing for their prompt and expert service in repairing a few issues with our roof. After a welcome rain in the Valley, we noticed a leak in our roof. We called Black Wolf Roofing. Someone came out the same day and determined that the leak was coming from around our fireplace chimney. Repairs were done the very next day. Pictures were taken when the flashing was removed,which showed a crack between the roof and fireplace where the water was getting in. Black Wolf Roofing is the best Roofing Company in the valley as far as I’m concerned. I am a realtor and finding a quality with my company that does what they say they’re going to do and does it at a fair price is a rare jam. I am so grateful to Black Wolf Roofing. Getting a new roof was an experience my husband and I dreaded for years. However, after he passed and a big leak appeared in my home, I knew I couldn't wait any longer. Hayden was out to inspect and help the same day. Over the course of the next year, he worked with me and tried various ways to help me cover the financing of a new roof for our home. He was patient and kind and put up with my MANY probably insane and silly questions as I learned what I felt I needed to learn to take on such a big project. Once the work began, the actual roof was done in a matter of day, but the entire project took a few weeks what with everything else that needed to be done to support the roof.
