This company is awesome! Marcus understood what I wanted, drew the perfect plans, then he & his crew made my dream come true. They turned my garage into a beautiful, usable area with an addition that provides a unique front entry to my home. Every worker is knowledgeable, professional, detailed, dependable, & friendly. They are also reasonable. I loved the entire experience!

Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two-level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day, Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job; we have been overly impressed by this company. The whole crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy, and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skills. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed, and every one of them has had the same response, "Wow." The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Marcus is absolutely brilliant, always does very high quality work and goes above and beyond expectations. He and his crew rebuilt our freestanding garage into an art studio after a tree fell on it, made the roof higher as we asked and put in more light, now it's very beautiful and cosy inside.
