I had a roof repair on a new roof that just came out of warranty after 5 years and the original contractor did not want to honor the repair which was due to workmanship error, they missed nailing a section and shingles slipped. Both that original contractor and another wanted several thousand dollars to fix the one small area of slippage.Feeling overwhelmed, I googled reputable Roofing companies and D&D came up with good reviews. Dave with D&D Roofing is the Best! His level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall knowledge of his craft can not be beaten. This man is a true artist. I called D&D around 4:00 pm on Thursday and without any hesitation, he was at my home on Friday at 1:00 pm. Dave was able to easily identify the subpar work of the “roofers” that built my home and very quickly fix all the issues found. Amazing customer service! We were given a list of items the home inspector identified. D&D Roofing was referred to me by a friend. Dave promptly called me back and was here the next day. He inspected the entire roof and made minor repairs and sent me photos of his findings. He knocked out all the inspections recommendations for a very reasonable price. If you ever need anything to do with roofing repairs or replacement, D&D should be your first call. Dave did a phenomenal job.

D&D Roofing responded immediately when I needed warranty work completed ASAP, so the sale of my home could continue and go through. And it wasn’t even their responsibility! The company who installed the roof had since been sold, and the new company refused to honor our labor contract. D&D worked with our insurance company, and did the work within two weeks, and they did it without being paid. They told us they weren’t worried, and would work with our insurance company for payment. And they did excellent work. 5 stars, awesome company with kind, caring employees, highly recommend D&D!

Called them about my roof, which had intermittent leaking. They were incredibly responsive, and came out and addressed the problem the same day. I cannot recommend them more highly. Unbelievable in every category! 100 stars.

Had a roof completed approximately 9 years ago. Purchased an architectural roof suppose to be about 25 years before a new one wld be needed. In the beginning I would have left a 5 rating. Now, 9 years later cost is double. To replace rotted wood from improper installation. Had broken truss that was not addressed.during original installation.Water was under all shingles. Causing major rot. I have an insulated porch roof that has been leaking for years. I had them back out recently to quote the leaking porch roof, no mention that the roof itself is why the porch poured water for years and the house roof is why the porch was leaking. Have now paid new contractor to fix it all.
So furious after feeling we did our due diligence in seeking a roof contractor to do the original job. Checking reviews and insurance etc.
Now costing us many thousands more not even 10 years later.
Took all of the warranty time (5 years) for the roof to deteriorate beyond words. Including the fascia. So with all of this said, easy to rate a company when the work was just done. But, it took many years before we knew how terrible the work was, that was done. Thanks D &D, for taking our money and doing shotty work.

I called this company for an estimate on a new roof and the person came out and spoke to my son and told him what was wrong with the roof and that we didn’t need a new roof at this time. I called and called several different roofing companies and got so many estimates and was left with alot of questions but D&D roofing came out and Dave Warner was super professional and concerned he patched my roof because we was expecting alot of rain that week and out of 6 or 7 other roofing companies he was the only person concerned because it was raining in my home and i had young children. Their estimate was better than some companies but Dave's customer service is what made us go with D&D roofing they showed up on time finished the job in 1 day and cleaned up like it never happened I would definitely use them and recommend them to family and friends. Honestly, I didn’t have a good experience. Im pretty sure they great. In the beginning the 2 gentleman were responsive and professional. I asked for patchwork for roof due to leaks. I understood the pros and cons even was informed due to the age they may not be permitted. The gentleman came out gave me estimate for patch and whole roof. I wanted patch … i was informed prolly about 14 days (i actually forgot how long) But gave them a month. Then I called… received a call back gentleman informed me more time. ( It sounded to me it was not put in). Nevertheless, im pretty patient that I waited another month. Two months at least passed since first interaction the roof is worse now, I called and didn't get a call back. Im just upset at the fact if they weren't permitted they could of told me with any communication instead of leading me on and avoid increased damage to my ceiling. No communication at all so i moved on and find someone to help me.

We had D&D do a roof repair a few years ago. Every other company who inspected the damaged area insisted we needed a new roof. Devon of D&D fixed the leak, successfully, and said our roof should last at least 5 more years. Well, this year we decided we needed all new gutters, so before getting that done, we gave Devon a call!!

Devin was great. When others were too busy to come out or even return my call Devin was true to his word. He explained that he was very busy but if he had any open spots that he would put me on his schedule. True to his word he called me back within 2 days and had an opening. Finished the job on time and price we agreed on. When work began I wasn't home , Devin took the time to notified and introduced himself to my wife so she would know who he was and to make sure she was ok with him working on the roof. When job was completed he again spoke to my wife and advise her that the job was completed. She asked if he wanted a check and he said no, he would settle up with me later. He was just telling her that the job was completed and if there was anything else that needed to be done. I have dealt with many contractors and this is the first one that didn't demand payment when work was done. I would highly recommend Devin and his team and will use him in the future with all my roof needs.

D & D did a great roof repair for me. Devin came out to give me an estimate and is very knowledgeable. I had several other companies out that didn't fully explain which kind of roofing material to use and why. They also put a temporary patch up until they could do the repair in full. Cleaned up after the removal and installation of new roof section. Would definitely use again in the future.
