If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would chosen. Thousands of dollars of damage both water and pest because of the horrible new roof and two attempts of repair. Finally repaired spending a couple thousand more from another more reputable company. Next step is to resolve the water damage and WDO that may have been causing health concerns from this issue. Caution: Unprofessional, inconsistent and uncooperative.

Great company to work with. Did professional work. Cleaned up after themselves. Great Communication. I would use this company again without a doubt

Mark was so prompt and easy to work with. He answered all our questions and work started right away after signing the contract. The crew was also very friendly, kept everything tidy, and had the work done so quickly. My family would recommend this company to anyone who would like reliable, and efficient work done.

We had a wonderful experience using Patriot Roofing for our new roof in Jacksonville. We had a tight timeline, zero experience with the roofing process, and many questions around insurance needs - Michael helped us through it all and made us very comfortable with the big investment. The roofing team worked quickly and was very friendly. They completed our large roof in 3 days and did a good job with cleanup, leaving our property in the condition they found it. Our roof looks great, and we would recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone!

My wife and I recently had our roof done by Patriot Roofing and they did an amazing job! We highly recommend this company! They are fast and do a beautiful job. Ask for Michael he's an absolute joy to work with and he'll answer any questions you have throughout the process!

Where do I start. We hired the company several years ago to put a new roof on the house. Not bad at the start but started to have severe leaking into our new bathroom. We called Patriot Roofing and they came out and said they found a bullet in the roof so the leak was not covered under the warranty. I never saw the spot where it was supposedly dug from the roof but it wasn’t near the spot so they left. The next time it rained the water came into the bathroom again. So I entered the attic to see where the leak was coming from and it was definitely coming from the skylight. One of the employees came out and replaced shingles around skylight. So we thought it was fixed until a few evenings ago we had a hard rain. Water started to pour in from the light fixtures, electrical outlets and walls. I called Patriot roofing with no response. I took off for the hardware store and retrieved a tarp and some roofing tar which I applied around the skylight. It finally stopped pouring rain inside. But unfortunately we have ceiling, bathroom and wall damage. I did receive a return call the next day from the foreman. I was rather upset due to having to constantly deal with major leaks. So I was abrupt with him although he accused me of threatening by telling him I was going to the attorney general about the problems. He said that if he had time he would stop over to see what the problem was. At this point I did want to even have them over to do any work and I would be seeking a reliable company to do the work. Our camera catches the project manager on our roof taking pictures of my emergent repair.
This morning I received a call from the owner about our roofing problems. He wanted to come back out and see the problem. I told him no because I have no trust in his company as I tried to explain the multiple episodes of roofing failure and he said this was his first time hearing anything. I told him that I didn’t think he was listening to me when he stated and I quote, I have two good ears so I can hear which absolutely infuriated me. I hung up the phone.
He called back and left a very very very threatening voice mail and tryed to bully me. He told that I had a big mouth and he has more money than I would ever have so there. His voice mail is a minute and sixteen seconds and continues. He said he looked up my 4 year old bathroom that was done by a local liscened contractor and that if I wanted to play hardball he was going to turn me in to the county for un permitted work.I have saved the voice mail and I’m considering turning it over to the authorities.
In my 60 something years I’ve never seen anything like that.
Not only do I feel threatened as a human I feel sad that a veteran of the US Army would have to be treated this way by a company called Patriot Roofing. I will not be bullied by you.

Horrible service. I paid for a new roof it has been about a month and a half and it's already wavy and looks horrible. My insurance has issued cancelation at the end of this month due to the wavy shingles. Reached out to my sales rep Shawn ( literally laughed at me ) over the phone and said" Well it passed inspection from the county so it's not our problem". Requested the manager call me.
Mark the manager reached out by text not via phone like requeated stating the structure of my house is the issue not the roof and it is not their issue. That I would need a general contractor.... maybe that's something that should have been brought to my attention prior to taking my 14k. So their warranty on labor is a joke. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am now in the process of having yet again a new roof installed by another company because the service and the work from Patriot is a scam. Don't waste your time or money on them!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Patriot roofing has gone above and beyond my expectations! They were such professionals and perfectionists. They sent back two roofs to the manufacture because the first roof has scratches on it, and the second roof has scuff marks on it. This was unacceptable to them and they made sure we had a perfect roof. My husband and I were so impressed with that! Even though the roof took a little more time because of the manufacture, it was still an overall pleasant experience and Patriot Roofing did everything to make us happy. We even decided to do the gutters. They were done without us even being home! They are beautiful and sleek looking and look great with the new roof! A big thank you to Mark and Josh and their crew! Would definitely recommend them!!

I acquired a property in Middleburg Fl via a foreclosure that had a tarp on the roof for over a year from the last hurricaine!

I received a referral from another real estate professional in Middleburg for the roofing repair as I am in New Jersey and was not able to meet directly with roofers for the estimates.

Mark T was professional, courteous and efficient and super fair on his pricing.

He worked with me and even rescheduled the roof replacement after I had already signed the contract.

He provided me pictures not only of the prior damage, but of the finished product when they were completed on the job.

Being a licensed Real Estate broker (Dorn and Associates, LLC) and also a home improvement contractor (Jeff's Handyman Service) I have dealt with the best and worst of both professions. This was a great experience and I was amazed that Mark did not require a deposit for the whole roof replacement. Let's just say that I am not that trustworthy with new clients, especially in NJ.

Mark finished the project exactly as scheduled with no BS and no unexpected ad-ons.

If you are looking for a roofing job in the Jacksonville/Middleburg, FL area, this is the guy!

I have used this company 5 times. Gutters installed yesterday. They look great and am very happy with the black color that was used. Storm damage or purchase of a home they have always responded and the jobs that I have needed have been completed on time and I have been very pleased.

My roof was beautiful until it leaked. Now the company feels that they are not responsible for the damage that it caused inside my home. Lead worker was very rude telling me not to contact the owner that he was busy and out of town. Then I contact the owner and he was nice on the phone and never replied to any of my messages after that call. Would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and poor workmanship.

This is the second time that I've used Josh to come out and take care of an issue with my roof. He does exactly what he says he's going to do...shows up when he says he'll be there...provides EXCELLENT quality and his pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Josh and his company and I will never call another roofer to repair my roof! Josh, you are truly a PATRIOT!

I will change my rating to a 5 star if I get my paid in full receipt and roof cert before my insurance cancels me.

I have asked for it twice and no it takes some time so I'm not complaining but just stating i need it before 11/19/2020.

I will also reference this company to my job as i work for a insurance company and i did enjoy the quality of work and the workers were polite.

They showed up at 6:30 AM without no notice to replace a roof that had fallen on me while I was in bed sleeping. When they got here they used my electricity had no generators to use of their own. One of the coworkers was hitting on me after I told him I was married I had to move my car out of their way when I was walking back up to my house he reached out and grabbed my hand without my approval made me feel very uncomfortable during the entire day. And after I made a complaint to the company nobody’s called me back on this concern. I recommend nobody using this company They are very rude and unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable the entire day they were here.

Service after the sales with this company is awful !!! ..we had our roof replaced in 2016 and now our roof is leaking inside the garage. Because our roof is still under the "Workmanship Warranty" we tried reaching out to Josh numerous times but he would never return our calls. Because of the heavy rains at this point our sheetrock inside the garage has fallen down due to the leakage. We reached out one last time before we sought out repair companies and we finally reached him. He initially sent out Shawn to take a look at the roof and I was told they'll get it taken care of for us. Shawn didn't mention anything about a "Flashing" issue to us after evaluation. My husband and I waited a few days looking to hear back from them but we never did. Finally my husband called them back today and that's when Josh mentioned about the "Flashing" and it not being covered under the "Workmanship Warranty" but he would still come out and take a look. Well he did come out and concluded it was the "Flashing" and it will cost us $800 to repair. Our question to Josh was why would it cost us anything if for 1 he had replaced the "Flashings" with the new roof repair and 2 he's the roofer and it was his job to guarantee his work under our "Workmanship Warranty" !!..needless to say he got very rude with my husband and starting cursing at him being very unprofessional....we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !! we feel like Josh/ Patriot Roofing have done us very very very wrong !!

Let me say this again.... I don't care if it was 0-5 years since my roof was replaced it was still under the " Workmans Warranty" which included those "FLASHINGS" per my contract !! the bottom line is we trusted you to do right by us after paying your company over $10,000 to place a BRAND NEW ROOF on our home...WHY you didn't replace those "FLASHINGS" is on you and NOT us sir !!!...as far as us calling you to let you know about the issue - let me be clear, we called you for months, sent text messages and left voice mails before you decided to pick up the phone on 10/26/20 and answer our call sir !!...and ...per your response to the issue now what would it have mattered if I reached out to you 0-5 years, according to you this issue still would have been on us and not you, am I correct ??...as far as my husband is concerned Josh, he never got rude while speaking to you, he just kept it real with you and you couldn't handle that..he never cursed at you or raised his voice at you sir !! ...AND thanks for mentioning those referrals where is our $$$ for those referrals that YOU told my husband he would receive ??? ... PLUS.. all those came before our issues and STOPPED once you didn't for fill your end of the agreement contractually as well monetarily (you're real stand up guy) !!
...and here again per your responses to your other reviews you're still making EXCUSES instead of taking OWNERSHIP, just proofs to me how unprofessional you are !!!

I called yesterday (2/12) and spoke to Josh about a few shingles that blew off during last weeks storm. He said they would come out and take a look. He was here first thing this morning just like he said. Him and his partner got me squared away and said the rest of my roof looked to be in pretty good shape. They were the only ones that would come out to Starke when everyone else said it was too far. They will definitely be getting my business when we build our new home. I highly recommend these guys. They extremely professional and I can't say enough good things about them.

I would recommend these guys hands down without question to anyone looking for a quality roof at a fair price with gentleman who truly are Craftsman. I was astonished at the professionalism with this company even at times where the conversation got heated, which always happens in jobs like this. I had a 25 year old roof replaced on a house that I am selling. Mark at Patriot Roofing came out the same day that I contracted him and gave me a quote that evening. I picked my color and he had it installed 3 days later. I met them there and was so impressed. I arrived at 6:15. Their trucks were there. There were tarps on the ground all around the house to catch any debris that would fall. The crew was very friendly and professional. They did a perfect job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Quality and professionalism. I called Patriot for a roofing repair quote and they were out to my house within hours. Receieved the estimate the same day and Josh and his crew were nice enough to work me into the schedule to get my repairs completed in a very short period of time. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and professionalism. Its such a nice change of pace to work with a construction professional who cares about the quality of their work and their customer service.

Review Update: Would highly recommend. Great quality of work on the roof shingles, drip edge and replacement of a few wooden boards that were damaged. Completed the job in a quick and timely fashion - just 2 days. They were right on schedule every step of the way. Was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. Very thorough process. After posting my initial positive review on the install but noted concerns about the flashing in certain areas, the owner of Patriot, Mark, and the rest of his team touched base with me to schedule a time to return to evaluate. They came out promptly, evaluated the situation, explained why some of the fascia boards were rotting (it was due to my lack of gutters and had nothing to do with flashing) and addressed all of my concerns. They even went the extra mile to fix a piece of rotten fascia while they were there although the roof was not even close to the cause of it. They have since installed a few roofs for neighbors and all of them have been pleased as well. You will not be disappointed!

Very professional and punctual, on time both the job days. We are very satisfied with our new roof it looks great and Josh made the whole process less stressful everything was done according to the contract and we are very pleased with our total outcome from the beginning to the finished product thanks Patriot Roofing for Superior Service and our new roof!

They do great work. Everything has held up fine through Mathew and Irma and back when the roof was put on, they helped out with some old rotten wood and old gutters. Good price and quality service.

From start to finish, they did amazing work on my house. They had to special order the correct skylights and did great work installing them and cleaning up after. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Quality of work good, arrived early and stayed well past dark on day one and had complete roof finished in 2 day, passed county codes. Roof looks great.

I found Patriot Roofing to be a cut above the others when it came to explaining what would be needed to replace my roof and gutters and how long it would take. During the project they explained what they found, what they did to fit it and what would be needed by code to pass final inspection. The final roof and gutters looked great and exceeded what they said it would look like when finished and increased my curb appeal greatly.

I would recommend Patriot Roofing to anyone who needs a roof repair, gutters or re-roof without question.

In Feb. 2015, I paid these guys $750 to repair and rebuild my chimney to stop water leaks. In Aug 2015 the water spots started to re-appear on my ceiling, so I called to get 3 estimates to find out what the problem was. ALL THREE roofing companies told me that the flashing was installed incorrectly AND that Patriot Roofing used a silicone sealant on the flashing. Of course the caulking has cracked, pulled apart from the chimney and it's going to cost me $2000 to FIX the repairs that this company did.

I wold avoid them!
