We had a leak and we had five different companies come out, including both roof and chimney companies. We received a lot of expensive quotes, but ultimately the roof and chimney companies were pointing the fingers at each other. Finally, one company recommended Mike Boucher. Mike got into the attic and on the roof, took pictures and identified the source of the leak. He explained the problem and how he would fix it.

He was prompt, courteous, and willing to spend the time to explain the source of the lean and then how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient, and also identified a number another problem that didn’t need to be addressed right away, but something that would need to be addressed in the future. The office staff is extremely professional and patient; ensuring that my we were satisfied with our selection of shingle type and color. They even provided a few home locations where we could view the work done by Mike's crew on similar houses with the same color shingles that we ordered.

The crew (eight persons) was phenomenal! They arrived prior to sunrise, started work at daylight and stayed on the job until sunset. While there was more damage found than originally determined, the crew leader made sure to show us what was found and how much additional cost would be involved to repair it. This crew removed our old roof, repaired all damaged areas and installed the new roof on our home, two-car detached garage and an 8'x8' well-pump house on Day 1! In addition, they replaced the facia on the garage (although we had originally decided not to have this done). Mike stopped by during the day to ensure that the job was progressing to our satisfaction.

On Day Two, three of the crew came back to finish up on a few tasks; such as, working on the chimney area and realigning my internet antenna (which they attached to my chimney cap so holes were not placed in my new roof) and performing a cleanup of the areas surrounding the job sites.

Mike returned on the 2nd day and inspected the job (physically and with a drone) to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I was in need of a spark arrester on top of my chimney cap which of course was on top of the chimney. the installer came on time and on the day work was to be performed. He removed the old but could not install the new one as the chimney was not square. He told me he could make it work but said he does not do shabby work like that. He took the new one back and came the next day for the install. In an extremely short time, the new chimney cap and spark arrester is up and running. As a plus, there is a 10-year warranty which I am sure will not be needed. The warranty is just a bonus. Thank you Mike Boucher and your team.

Mike and his crew fixed Extensive roof deck damage from improperly installed roof from an other company 13 years ago. His crew did an outstanding job stripping 2 layers of shingle and replacing 21 sheets of deck board. The roof turned out beautifully. Great job cleaning up all debris.

The job involved a full demolition of the existing balcony (full of rot from leakage), rebuild, repair and repaint of railing and stucco repair and paint. We wanted to replace our 25-year-old chimney cap and spark arrestor as a preventative measure. House was built in 1999. It had begun to visibly rust. Lucky for us, we had no issues with rain leaking through the chimney. Mike came out and took measurements and pictures then showed them to me. He advised me that it could last a few years longer and wasn’t a priority to replace. Mikes quote was fair and quite a bit less than the first guys. I stopped after the 2 quotes and hired Mike on the spot. Within one week, my cap was custom made for my chimney and installed with the spark arrestor. I made no payments until after the installation. I was notified who would be coming and introduced upon arrival. The field service man was on time as expected, polite and took all old, discarded materials with him. Just recently had our chimney cap replaced by Mike Boucher Roofing. We found their ad in the Mint magazine.
When Mike came to give estimate, my husbhand liked the way Mike came across and without any hesitation, he decided to go with the company. Couple of days after cap replacement it started raining and was making dripping sound in our fireplace. We called the compnay to check it out to ensure there is no leak. Mike came and checked to make sure there is no leak and also explained to us why it is making noise when it is raining.

After several months of trying to get K.S. Roofing to give us an estimate and to perform the work I contacted Mike Boucher Roofing. He promptly gave us an excellent estimate, performed the best work I have seen in a long time and completed the job all within 2 weeks. I did my due diligence and solicited prices from more than one roofing company. Mike beat their price, had better reviews, had a better warranty, included a few sheets of plywood in the price, seemed way more competent when he did his initial assessment, and gave me a price quote the same day…. I could go on. Jordyn, one of their office staff members, kept me up to date with scheduling, color selection, warranty info, etc. Mike and his team were always flexible and insisted on working around my schedule whenever meetings were necessary. The week before reroof day they confirmed everything, the day before the confirmed again, and day-of they were on time and got right to work. They cleaned up multiple times as they went including raking the yard with two heavy-duty magnets to pick up nails. Of course there were some very small scraps of shingle and plastic here and there, and I did find 3 nails buried in the grass… but if that’s all there was after all the work they did, I couldn’t be happier!!! Mike Boucher Roofing did an amazing job, communicated well, stuck to deadlines, AND GOT THE WHOLE ROOF TORN OFF, INSPECTED, A NEW ONE PUT ON, AND CLEANED UP IN LESS THAN 8 HOURS! After interviewing 7 roofers and obtaining 5 estimates for a roof replacement I highly recommend Mike Boucher Roofing. Mike personally made the inspection and prepared the estimate which included repairing wood rot on the chimney that some of the other estimates omitted. Also he was able to match the eaves drip color to the fascia. The company owned dumpster is on wheels that is trailered in on the day work begins and out when work is completed minimizing time spent in the driveway. We used Mike Boucher Roofing to replace the roof and rebuild the chimney on a house we were purchasing. We needed a contract in place to have the roof replaced immediately after closing in order to secure insurance/financing and Mike was able to do just that! He was very attentive and professional, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. During the roofing process they provided us with nearly 200 photos of the progression which was fun to watch (except for seeing all the holes that we didn't know about!)

At no point did Boucher raise the price or come to us with issues. Every hurdle they encountered they were able to tackle for us which is such a valuable thing. They even fixed issues we did not know about as they encountered them. We had to have a chimney and roof repair. Mike and crew we're very professional when they came out to do their estimate. When the job began his employee had issues with the installation. Mike contacted me and said it would be done correctly. The next morning at 7:45(Saturday) Mike was on my roof by himself. Within 4 hours he had torn off the problem and had it replaced with a flawless, beautiful installation. VERY impressive. We could not ask for a better job.

A pleasure to deal with a businessman that is amicable, professional and honest. He is very good to his staff. A nice guy who is not afraid to climb that 30 ft ladder to the top of my roof and get his hands dirty.

We found Mike Boucher Roofing through a solid recommendation from another professional. Glad I found this company. Saw a leak in bathroom ceiling and Mike came by and within 10 minutes, he explained the issue and provided pictures that supported his explanation. He even saw issues with roof vent caps. Scheduled the repair work quickly through his office team Gabrielle, who was great in communicating. His team came and in one day, the chimney was completely rebuilt. Mike Boucher Roofing is an honest, professional and fair roofing company. I originally met Mike, the owner, at the Jacksonville Home Show three years ago to have an attic fan installed on my roof. I was impressed with his professionalism and presence on a small job. When my aging roof needed to be replaced, I contacted Mike Boucher Roofing for an estimate. Mike, again, came to my house. He provided a fair estimate. His roofing company is "all in-house" employees! No subcontracting. From the start in the office, to removal, to installation, to final inspection and then a final follow-up to the work & triple check for roofing nails on the ground--This is an A+ company!

Mike Boucher Roofing did a great job on our roof. It looks great. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The roof was done a day or so ahead of schedule. The crew did a nice job of clean-up on a relatively windy day where some of the debris blew all over the place. I was left with a few items to pick up, but most of it was from things I didn't even catch on my first walk. The pricing was competitive with other companies and the quality of the work was on the upper end of the scale.

Excellent customer service from beginning to completion- highly recommend this company! When I had trouble deciding on color- Mike placed examples on roof straight away, making the decision easy. Mike was personable right from the start. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote, and did a good job sourcing a shingle to replace the ones I had but aren’t made anymore. The job started timely, and was finished quickly. His crew was respectful of my property, and very hard working and quick while still being safe on our 12/12 pitch roof. Mike showed up on site everyday to check the progress. The second day, the crew stayed until dark so they could finish the job in the time Mike said they would. They finished the job in 2 1/2 days. Their clean up was excellent. I would definitely use him again.

The communication with the company was very good. The price quoted was reasonable and there were no changes to the price.

In discussing the job I never asked about the specific model of skylights that would be installed. The skylights installed were good quality and a known brand.

The estimator did not try to upsell me on gutters all around the house, which was also appreciated.

The gutter installers were nice guys. They noticed imperfections in the gutter material which I would probably not have noticed until they were done and gone. They needed to come back and complete the job another day because the gutter color was not standard. I feel they did a very good job. Two of my friends have also used this company and also had good results.

Mike replaced our entire roof. It came out absolutely beautiful. We live on a corner in a gated community and everyone has stopped to ask us who did our roof. Each day that they left our house, you could not tell there had been work being done that day because our property was spotless…no debris, no dumpster. Mike Boucher roofing includes some many extras that other companies do not and those extras really make a difference in quality. We couldn’t be happier and will recommend to all.
