After getting several estimates and options, I went with Black Stone Roofing. Their estimate was close to other prices, but I was impressed with the Project Manager, Trevis. They did a great job, the roofers were fast and polite and didn't leave any trash behind.

I recently had a new roof installed by Blackstone Roofing, and they did a great job. They had to tear 2 layers of shingles off and fix some flashing and sub roofing. It's been several months now, and no more leaks! Very happy with the work and the price. They used a quality shingle with a warranty. I also had gutters installed and they did a great job with those, too. Go get several estimates, but make sure you get one from Blackstone.

This is really an upstanding company with ethical values.

We moved into our home at the beginning of January 2024 after purchasing from an individual who only visited the property a few times per year for relatively short spans. He had a new aluminum roof installed along with gutters back in April 2021. For additional context, our roof slope is very gradual which allows for water running off the roof to curl up underneath the lip of the aluminum roof, some of which would drip behind the gutters. Needless to say this is not good for the wood behind the gutters. Since the previous owner was infrequently at the home, this was not something that was noticed over time until we began living here full time.

All we had was a signed agreement from the prior homeowner which did not provide for information on warranties and such for us to reference when we began this process. Technically this issue was neither a manufacturer defect nor a workmanship defect, but just a roof slope issue that they could have argued/dodged from covering under warranty.

We contacted the Company, and they covered the fix under warranty without debate or question. This is also considering it has been over 3 and a half years since the install combined with a change in ownership of the home. They installed flashing to eliminate any water dripping behind the gutters which appears to be working. I really appreciate their honesty and ethics in honoring this under warranty. Thank you again, the positive feedback/reviews is very well deserved.

Appreciated the attention to detail Dave provided to us during this process. The new roof was for my moms home,which was not an easy location. It also had some challenging issues and Dave was honest and forthright about the situation. Once contract was signed, they were very timely in making this all come together. And I searched several companies and this bid was extremely competitive. Thank Dave for making this fairly easy given the situation!

What a great company! Trevis was outstanding in every way while helping us navigate our roof repair after a tree fell on our house.
