This company, particularly Todd and Ben, consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They have now successfully repaired three roof leaks for us, each time with professionalism and skill. Whenever we see a drip, we call Todd! You can’t go wrong with Black Roofing.

Gabor came to our home and made a thorough inspection of our nineteen-year old concrete tile roof. He walked the entire roof very carefully, taking pictures of any issues he saw. He submitted a five-page photo rich report and, although there were three minor cracks, he advised against repairs at this time as the roof was in otherwise good condition. Other contractors may have recommended unnecessary repairs and many would have charged for the inspection. We appreciate Gabor's conservative approach and if problems develop Black Roofing is at the top of our list to do the work. He was personable, on time, patient with our questions, comprehensive, and knowledgeable.

We had Black Roofing come and do spray foam insulation on the inside of the exterior walls of our garage. Not only did the guys show up on time and complete the work in a timely manner; they covered all of our stuff in the garage and did a full cleanup when they left. These guys did an amazing job and made it so our garage wouldn't leak cold air into the rooms above and next to it! We couldn't be happier with the service and product that we received from Black Roofing!

Black Roofing provides high quality work that can withstand our winds. Quality work. Done right, the first time! On our first house we used another company (who was cheaper) and we were calling after every storm for warranty work. We switched to Black and have had no issues.

Awesome experience from beginning to end. Anymore we are hard pressed to find such great customer service from any company. From the beginning the communication and promptness was top notch. The wind storm in April tore the roof up. Once I contacted them to get a bid, they were quick to come to the house, assess the damage and get us a proposal for replacement. Once we hired them, they were there the same day to patch the damage until they could get the permit from the city and the roofing materials delivered. No tarps to get us through, straight up repair, was told that they would sleep better at night knowing that we wouldn't have any problems. REALLY?? Who does that?? Black Roofing does!! From there we were always informed on the status on the work to be done. Within 1 month of the damage, our roof was complete, being delayed one week due to weather. They also coordinated with Longspeak Seamless Gutters and Exteriors to have the gutters replaced as well. Due to some recent hail storms, we contacted them to come by when they had the chance to check the roof for any possible damage. Left a message in the morning and by lunchtime, they contacted us to let us know that they went by and checked the roof and all was good. We are telling you, they are THE BEST!! We will spread the word far and wide!! Thank you Dan, Darrell, Todd, Erin, John and crew!! You guys ROCK!!

We've been working with Black Roofing for more than a decade and are continually impressed by their professionalism and consistency. Sam and his team were out to our new office in 2016 to fix two significant leaks, and we haven't had an issues since. It's amazing the range of work Black Roofing does from the many iconic roofs at CU and in Denver, to the simple shingle roof on our one-story building in Erie.

Well, it's been almost a year now. The whole transaction was trouble-free from start to finish. I complicated things a bit by adding some light tubes during the total roof replacement, which impacted the timing of the crew a little bit and still, they got the job done in a day and half. I could not have been more impressed. Larry is a straight shooter and delivered on everything he promised. In this case, they also came in with the best bid. Excellent value all around. Dropped the ball!

I called up with an issue with my roof and they said we are booked up this week. "I can have some one out 8am on Monday" (at this stage 7 days away). So I waited all week, and then 8:20am no one showed up. I called up to see what we going on. "Gee Wiz I didnt write down an appointment for you, and we are all booked up this week". When I asked about my appointment, and the fact I had already been waiting a week, the comment back was "well if you are in that much of a hurry, may be you should try somewhere else".
