Absolutely had no clue on where to begin getting the roof fixed after a branch broke off from a dead tree and rolled down, pulling off some of the old roofing with it. We just bought our first house and was clueless what a good estimate and even good work looked like. Terry took all the guess work out of it. He was down to earth and understanding of our time. He was professional and even knew how to settle our nerves. I'm so glad our first call was Black Label Roofing. Definitely earned a lifetime customer!

I picked Terry with Black Label Roofing out of 8 other quotes I got for a new roof from roofing companies around Oklahoma City. Terry was the only one who really listened to me. He heard what I wanted, and I knew he would do what I wanted. I needed a quality roof and all new soffit, facia, and gutters. He got me all I needed within my budget and a lot cheaper than all my other quotes. But, he also gave me quality materials (Timberline HDZ Class 4 shingles, quality synthetic underlayment, matching drip edge, and new ridgeline ventilation) and labor. No skimping!
I appreciated his patience and flexibility as we worked with my insurance, and as I got my funds in order. He is not pushy, not impatient, and not the type to sell something you dont really want.

I first chose this company because they were local. Terry returned my call and was out the next day with the supplies and got to work. He did a great job on our roof patching. While he was out , he went to check my sons home on the next street. He found issues on his roof as well. The rubber gaskets around the sewer vents were rotten and shredded. He went after the supplies the next day and was out early this morning and got the job done. I won't disclose the prices, but let me tell you, it wasn't what we expected.
He was so reasonable and fair priced. We expected it to be so much more.
We will use Terry and his company again.
He did a great job and was a very polite and considerate, young man.
