I used Black Gold for my roof repair after this past year’s hailstorm. They started the very next day and finished within a few days. I was very pleased with the quality of service, so I contracted them to replace my gutters, a few windows, as well as repaint my fence and house. They handled my insurance claim to make sure I received all covered repairs. It was seamless.

We have worked with Nielsen on multiple projects over several years and it has always been a great experience. Most recently they performed some work on our fence and pergolas. The communication was great and timely. The crews do great work, and are very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Ignorance. Irresponsible. They say something but never follow through. It’s been a month and half after they replaced the roof and they have been ignoring all my calls, messages and texts about why have they not sent me the completion of the work done, the warranty and they said they will come to patch all those whola on the ceiling inside that chipped due to the hit from the roof replacement. More importantly, the guy Loren that was processing this job, miss lead me and lied to me about what we discussed and agreed before I signed the contract. Once the job was done, he denied what he confirmed to do about providing me the completion of work that my insurance needed to release the depreciation check. I have been contacting Touchstone roofing looking for Chris and David, left them several massages but no responses yet. I’d never recommend this business to anyone.

They were great to work with. The crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They cleaned up debris both inside and out as they went along. Surprisingly, it took them much less time than expected from start to finish. It has been a couple of months since they did the work and no issues have been identified even after all the wind and rain.

I have known Nielsen Hernandez for many years and their company has done many wonderful remodeling projects in our home. So when we had roof issues, I naturally reached out to him. They did a phenomenal job of working with us and our insurance company and making sure that all the damage was paid for appropriately. They kept us in the loop every step of the way while taking care of everything. As always, professionally executed the project within budget and in time.
