Found Cory and Blaine right here on Google! Cory was quick to respond and even come out the same day to look at our project. He provided his knowledge and expertise and was quick to get us a quote. Communication was on point and his entire crew and his subs were just as professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We won't use anyone else for our future projects.

Blaine and Cory along with their great crew converted our garage into a fantastic space for our family. Black Bear Construction did incredible work and are very communicative, speedy and thorough. We would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small.

We found Black Bear Construction after our last contractor got into some legal trouble and we were hesitant to look again. But, Cory and his team made the process easy and enjoyable. We are doing an addition to our home as well as fixing up some things that need repairs. First thing we did was reroofing the current house. They had the whole project done in 3 days. And when we had an issue after the first day I called Cory to let him know what was going on. He called one of his guys and the foreman came out to start figuring out what was going on. Within 10 minutes not only was the foreman there but Cory and Dave were there as well to make sure that everything was taken care of before they left. I am so happy we called Black Bear and am looking forward to having the rest of the construction project start when the drawings get done.

Cory and and his crew took on our doozy of a barn reroofing project. I had doubts about salvaging the old lady, but he had a good plan and executed it perfectly! The work is quality, particularly considering the challenges of replacing an entire roof on a 40 year old out of square barn with a slight lean. :D The entire project was super efficient. Cory and the crew were respectful and worked hard at the clean up to assure safe return of my horses. Super happy customer. Highly recommend

Cory and his crew did an outstanding job putting a deck on to our house and railings on the front porch. Very upfront about costs, timeline, and expectations. They listened to our needs and everything turned out exactly what we envisioned. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very affordable and great craftsmanship! I contracted with Black Bear Construction to do a remodel on my master bedroom. I had my own sketch on graph paper of what I wanted. They were professional, quick and did beautiful workmanship. The room was transformed from a huge, dark room with jail windows and a lot of wasted space, to a beautiful room that is light and inviting. We reconfigured the large space to include a roomy walk-in closet, and best of all, large windows so I can enjoy the beautiful sunrises. As a female consumer, I was so happy with the fact that they listened to what I wanted and executed the job down to the last detail I asked for. I love my new bedroom and will use Black Bear Construction for future projects! I highly recommend Blaine & Corey!!!

We highly recommend Cory and his crew. They replaced our aging deck. We asked for a bid and Cory quickly came to our house providing the best bid. Within a week, construction supplies were on site and work began. They worked every day until the project was complete. They were highly efficient, superb construction, on time and on budget. We could not be happier with their work and professionalism. We have subsequently had Cory and crew do another project at our house with similar satisfaction. We plan to use them yet again in the near future. We also recommended Cory to one of our neighbors and they too were very happy with their responsiveness and quality of work.

There is an old adage when you hire someone to do a project. It goes "Good? Fast? Cheap? Pick two." This is not the case with Black Bear Construction, they are high quality, lightning fast, and beyond reasonable.

We added a 385 sqft. addition that included a kitchen remodel, new half-bath, and eating area with skylights. I had multiple general contractors quoting me $300K for the project, after I had already done the plans, engineering, and submitted for permitting. Cory and Blaine understood my situation and worked with me to make my budget work. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work, their crew members, and their character.

Adding an addition to your house is a daunting proposition, but when you are able to find a team and partner like Black Bear you can feel at ease. They are simply great people to work with. Keep in mind we made the decision to do this in February and March (who needs heat in March), but the pictures posted with this review were taken between February 26th and March 20th. Do the math... incredible! All inspected, all approved, and without issue. And that is what you get when you hire the team at Black Bear Construction, incredible service and care, honesty, integrity, and quality construction.

We hired Blackbear Construction to remodel our garage, turning it into a mud room and additional bedroom. They completed the project timely and They have great communication. Explaining the steps of the remodel and were always available to answer my questions.

It was the hottest day of the summer and these guys installed this awesome and beautiful sliding glass door in without delay. It's not something we would have been able to do ourselves looking at the detail they gave. We had Renewal by Anderson give an estimate and we thought "well I guess that won't happen". When we told BBC they said OMG no we can deliver that hella cheeper. I can't imagine having been done better and we got it 4 times cheaper. We will turn to them with any construction needs in the future.
